Fairy/Tuner
If you control "The Sanctuary in the Sky", you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). Once per turn: You can send 1 "The Agent" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard; this card's Level becomes the Level of that monster

This looks silly.
Regardless, though, the fact it's DARK is going to annoy me. Then again, Sanctuary Agents are gimmicky

You'd think Pluto would be the Agent of Death wouldn't you? (Except Pluto isn't recognised as a planet anymore)

Still, think theycould have made an exception and had the last, furthest out 'planet' be the one Dark one, and make Uranus and Neptune something else.

Eh, just nice to see an old archetype that is essentially incomplete get a bit closer to it. And at least it's not as bad as Mercury and Mars.

EDIT- evidently the picture didn't show up.....

OT- Meh. You think given its a Tuner, we're getting a Agent Synchro"

This is actually a really good card

Yes, Sanctuary Agents are gimmicky, but lets take a lookie

Level 5 DARK Tuner (Beelze access)

ITS A VANADIS FOR AGENTS. So basically, you can either A) Fuel Hyperion with banish targets, or B) Xyz shenangigans, or even C) Set up Chaos options

Its a very legit card, with Sanctuary giving it a free SS.

Being level 5 also gives Agents rank 5 plays, so tech in some artifact engines and start pumping out dem rank 5s.

This.

This is what I'm most excited about the card. Being able to Rank 5 with the Artifact Engine instead of just using it for a Synchro Monster. Rank 5 have some pretty cool monsters and this gives Agents a way to use them. And it still allows the ability to use that Artifact for a Synchro Summon, so it really is pretty cool.

Also the Sanctuary build might be worth looking at more seriously now. Sanctuary itself might not do much, but double effect Hyperion, Earth searching Hyperion, this Special Summoning itself, and a psuedo-Solemn Judgment while the actual one is banned might actually make it worth running now.

I'm going to be doing a lot of testing once this card comes around on DN to see, cause seeing some support for one of my favorite decks really makes me happy.

Yeah this card is amazing. It gives Agents a lot of the variety and power plays that they were previously lacking. It also enhances the Chaos side of the deck and widens their options. Agents previously were just "sit on Venus and Gachi, hope they can't play round it and then drop Hyperion/Kristya".

Unfortunately, how the hell are they gonna be able to fit Beelze AND Rank 5s AND Gaia Charger in an already cramped Extra Deck...

This card is actually pretty good. It encourages thematic use of Sanctuary and its other Agents and it become another level by ditching another Agent. And from there it's easy Xyz/Synchro and some fodder for Hyperion or Chaos variants. And of course Artifacts have a part in this as well.
