3 New(ish) Shadolls

...Could Nephilim be some sort of retrain of Tualatin? I mean, it's the only thing that fits Type/Attribute/Stats-wise.

Anyways, really cool cards, looking forward to play them.

Easy.

The SHINING died and went to heaven. Got upgraded and turned into a female doll.

No one is going to use the Flip Effect Monsters though because they're too slow.

This is a really ignorant post and I really just want to ban you for making it.

A versatile monster that is either an effect when flipped OR has an effect when sent to the grave by an effect.

Thus far, they are as follows:
 OPT you may either:

SS a Shadoll from the grave in FD DEF when flipped other than itself/a copy

OR

SS this card in FD DEF when sent to the grave by a card effect

(note how this one succeeds in a way no how the opp sends it to the grave)

OPT You may either:

ROTA 1 Shadoll S/T when flipped face-up

OR
ROTA 1 Shadoll Monster when ent to grave by eff

So either you get a powerful flip effect that gets advantage... or you get a powerful effect when you use it for a Fusion, provided you're talking a mon on the field. And even then, you can Fusion Summon with set monsters, so the fact that Falcon SSs FD hardly matters. It just makes it more versatile in exchange for less Spam OTK-y.

Saying they're inherently too slow when similar cards (Sylvan Mushroom guy) get run is absurd. Yes, they're kinda squishy, but they have good effects to make up for being squishy. Saying FLIP = no is just... dumb.

Eyes hit Falcon immediately, and I saw Gustos.

*kicks back and prays for Shadoll Wynnda*

That said, I haven't been this excited about an archetype since Gimmick Puppets or Ghostricks (the latter being my current favorite)

These seem like they're going good places, and I can't wait to see what they look like once all their cards are released.

Midrash is Shadoll Gulldos, so is more-or-less Wynnda.

Considering they trigger when sent to the Graveyard by a card effect OR being Flipped; It lets you play a bit of a mindgame with the opponent in the sense that it could be anything, and randomly dropping Dark Hole/Torrential/etc will more of a costly play(I'm exaggerating, but still). It also makes sense, flavor wise, given the fact they are Shadow-based replicas of existing monsters, or at least implies that, so it would only be natural that they want to have a shifty aura about them; Hence why they have Face-down shenanigans. Or to put it one way, think of it like Ghostricks(Again, flavor wise).
Or something like that.
