Well if only this card was real. Would it not overpower any Mermail deck? Just 1 level seven and BAM, Instant Dracossak or Big Eye. Discuss. Maybe something like "treated as 2 for Xyzs that require 3 materials" would have gone more smoothly, It'd still need more than a 1-card Xyz and only break even after the first use.
