Blake
So let's discuss my favorite card. It absolutely wins the match-ups you'd make it in because the opp either can't do anything or is playing with 5600 "base" LP and negation looming over them. It's not a 100% useful, but it absolutely steals games when it has the chance to, and really makes pushing for game a lot safer.
Not-so-Radiant Arin
I love this card, too, but haven't actually seen it in action, mainly because I do believe it was foreshadowed by Shock Master at the time. But now that he's gone, this card has the chance to shine and it's looking pretty damn amazing.
Slinky
Only downside is that it be a 3 mat. Not exactly easy to make outside of like.. 1 or 2 decks.
goddamnit names are a pain
I find it funny how often I find myself needed 104's effect when I have C104 on the field. Both are amazing in their own right and this is pretty much the only 3 Mat Rank 4 I'd ever play. Only downside is that it be a 3 mat. Not exactly easy to make outside of like.. 1 or 2 decks. UH It's ridiculously easy in a lot of decks. Gogogo, Gogogo Zombies, Zombies, Gadget to an extent, hell even Constellars, maybe even Blackwings, and obviously I'm forgetting something. goddamnit names are a pain
What about the Stellaknight Xyz? I haven't really looked at the archetype yet. I did say pretty much though just to be safe.
Slinky
Stellaknight makes Masquerade Cry. >Detach 1, nuke card on field >Your opponent cant Warning/Bottomless/Torrential your crap > When it dies you get a free +2 (summon Deneb, search)
Bringerofcake
This card was how people did well at the JOTL sneak. People won with this and Vain Betrayer though. How often do people use the mill effect?

How often do people use the mill effect? While not often, Lily has killed me with it... after stealing it from my Grave with either Grandsoil or Monster Reborn. goddamnit names are a pain
I use the mill effect just about everytime I can, unless it is turn 1-2 and I have no idea what the opponent is playing. I'm the kind of idiot to gamble with milling even if you run something like Zombies so.... And I'm surprised at my rather good results with milling but it's all luck so... Dementuo
The funniest thing about this card is that its drawback of being 3 material hasn't mattered for me ever, because I make it VS troll decks like Stall Exodia, Countdown (lol) or Chain Burn. Slinky
Why would this matter against chain burn? They have threatening roar, and some builds use Thunder of Ruler too. Plus, if they set Chain Strike, chances are, you lost.
(GigaDrillBreaker)
Dysonslinky: I run chain burn, and I have nightmares about this. It makes swift scarecrow a dead card. If you are running battle fader, it does the same. Same goes for gorz. This is why I didn't like my gremlin gadget matchup.

Anyways, I have always been interested in this card because not only I have a thing for magicians/jesters and masks, but the negation effect is good, but I rarely play decks that can easily drop Level 4s so I think I have not summoned it ever. Like the opp has "11000" and you have "37 cards" in your deck.

I just love everything about this card. I really do. 2700 is just such a nice number. For an ATK stat.
Darj
I see. I didn't realize the 2400 damage were coming from Masquerade's effect x3. Thanks for the answer. And I was wondering this: What if it required 2 materials and had like 300~400 less ATK instead? Would it be fair, or too powerful?

I feel it would be weak but good. One of the main points going for him IMO is that he has 2700 ATK. Considering his effect doesn't always go off I then look to the ATK stat. It would still be a good card....I just like this way better.
Neochu-H
I use the mill effect just about everytime I can, same here, but idc what deck they are using, THEY GET MILLED ANYWAY. i have to say though the only reason i use this card is because of its chaos number form
Wildflame
It's nice, but space :S I've also been putting priority in Ouroboros and Deltatellos over this.
Premier Alexander Romanov
I use this in my ZWs as my go-to 3-material Rank 4, just in case I can make it. Since I also run RUMs, it means I can also include C104, which is INSANE.
Blake
It's nice, but space :S I've also been putting priority in Ouroboros and Deltatellos over this. But why would you put priority in Ouroboros over this? It only has 50 more ATK, and 2700 is rarely relevant (There is Garunix, at least). It outright kills Crane/Ghostricks/Honest/Kalut/anything with effects like that if its summon/attack resolves that occasionally pops up, winning the matchup. It's decent against Gears/sometimes merm because Armor just cries (Less relevant post-Deltatellos) and Linde just scoops herself up. Ouroboros' hand hit is nice with EEV, but most times isn't relevant enough. I'd rather run 80 over Ouroboros for setup killing, which you can post-PRIO. 80 wins randy LS matchups due to being able to double banish, not to mention hurts Bujin/sometimes Madolche/Fists at times/etc.And the bounce is... good for killing Beelze I guess? IDK, it's not worth it.
Slinky
Pretty sure 104 can't stop Crane Crane, or any of the other "on summon" effects (unless opponent derps with Call) Because, its not the Battle Phase. nvm. You were talking about Ouroboros.
