Ice Hand and Fire Hand

When this card in your possession is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect) and sent to your Graveyard: You can target 1 Spell/Trap Card they control; destroy that target, then you can Special Summon 1 "Fire Hand" from your Deck.

Basically.

Fire nukes monster

Ice nukes backrow

 

When one is nuked, it summons the other.

 

Goes pretty neat with each other.

 

More importantly, they don't /need/ to destroy them. As they say "THEN", instead of "And if you do". And sicne they go off on any destruction, you can wall for a while.

Edit: Oh god I didnt notice they work if you attack into your opponent's shit. Now they're just "if your opponent controls a 1650 or more attack monster, destroy up to 3 spell or traps and up to 3 monsters on their side.

Opens thread and reads effect. Thinks "Oh... hang on..."

 

Pretty cool these go off when attacked while set as well, unlike House Duston and most other recent things that have had to be face-up. Surprise!

The mere existence of Dweller does not make these bad, and you'd be stupid to try and use these with Dweller out unless you're forcing them to detach their WATER.

Ice Hand's a good generic Level 4 to make it a 2200, is what he's getting at. Which is actually really important.

...That doesn't even need stating. I wasn't even gonna bother dicussing that because it's on par with insights such as "humans breathe". Hence my attempt to head off a "card x exists so card y is bad" argument, because this is YCM so we must find a reason every card is bad.
