Magic hand seems like it could be a good tech against Geargiakuri, hitting Augur, Box, and Gigant. It also can be used as material with Summoner Monk to make Downerd, I guess.

 

Prominence Hand probably has the word "hand" in its card text more than anything else ever, and is useful for swarming and stuff, to Xyz summon yet another hand.

Magic Hand is inconsistent as a strategic thing with its other hands, but it's a decent side-deck option. If both of them had swapped their DEF then I would be more happier but for now it's a meh.

 

Prominence hand is cool; but I wish it would have been a different Attribute and/or type to have that perfect Duplicity formula. And pretty much it looks like this is the last of the Hand archetype. Not bad, not bad.

Aside from that, I find it silly how Prominence can't Summon itself if you control another copy. I mean, it makes sense, given the move Gilarg did, but still...

In all seriousness, I like what they did with Fire Hand and Ice Hand but I really don't feel like these two flow all that well with those two.

 

I would have made Magic Hand a hand trap and remove the part about being able to hit more than one added card. As is, Magic Hand is an interesting idea but it seems pathetically simple to play around. Would have preferred Prominence Hand as more of a Wolfberk than a Gagaga Clerk, honestly.

Archetype sucks. Magic is garbage, Prominence lets you make R4 plays but that's counterintuitive given the purpose of Fire and Ice unless you got at least one pop off of them and thin beforehand, but then you can't make the 4 til M2. Fire and Ice should have been "sent to the graveyard" effects that could trigger off detach or something. Or at least make Prominence a cantrip when detached or overlaid.
