Premier Alexander Romanov
Spell/Quick-Play Target 1 "Number" monster you control, except a "Number C" monster; Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 "Number C" monster with the same number in its name as that target but 1 Rank higher, by using it as the Xyz Material. (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon. Xyz Materials attached to it also become Xyz Materials on the Summoned monster.) Discuss. Premier Alexander Romanov
Heh... It basically stayed the same. Yep. And now, Limited Barian's Force has a replacement.

-Noel-
Yep. And now, Limited Barian's Force has a replacement. not at all, I still like to use LBF on my chain'd Exciton or 101 (if I didn't want to make c101 though)
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
OTKs with Dyson Sphere, and probably a lot of other cards. Since it says the same number in its name, does that mean it could potentially be used with Numbers like 3 for Number 33 (just for example) or does it have to be the exact same number? Sleepy
Limited Barian can still turn any non-Number into C69 and C101, so there's that. Though this card is also useful, primarily on the Battle Phase shenanigans some of us thought wouldn't end up happening on the IRL version, but it stayed the same. Toffee.
Hey guys...Be pro, and rank-up your Masquerade on your opponent's turn.OR, chain this to Dark Hole and use it on your 101.Or, you know, the typical spam-nature of this card: Steal their monster with 101 -> Attack directly -> Rank it up -> C101 attack directly.Bonus points because you can dodge Prison/Bottomless/Compulsory/etc with this. Greiga
So this, Seventh One, and Astral Force are the cards in Hope Dragun.dek? Card being a quick play makes it cool, same number means you can Rank-up Hope 1 if you need too. I'll probably run one in rank 4 decks to stop Felgrand and shit. Also yeah protecting Leo/ARK/Utopia is cool but that means you need V or Victory.

玄魔の王
I'm kinda sad this got nerfed as hard as it did, but it's about what I expected. It's mostly the fact it can't summon CXyz as well, but given what they had to do to make it not busted I can see why it was dropped.
evilfusion
Let's be fair...we knew it'd get something like this because it's a Quick-Play. That leads to so many shenanigans on its own during the Battle Phase that you pretty much HAVE to limit it to Numbers of the same number. And considering how many Numbers with C forms we've gotten lately...it's worth it. Limited Barian's is better for flexibility. This is better for sheer power and damage, plus being able to dodge targeting. I think Black Mist will really like this card.
