Otherwise, discard the drawn card. Monsters Special Summoned by this effect are treated as "Toy" monsters. Discuss. Seems like there must be some way to abuse it. I think he meant the other discard, in which case would only work with Grapha (and some other DWs that suck too much to be ran). OT: Well, it's a discard 1 to SS a Level 4 or lower monster from the top of your Deck, or if it isn't a Level 4 or lower monster, dump it into the Grave. It's really bad.
