Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 1 face-up WATER monster you control, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. When this card is Special Summoned, you can target 1 WATER monster in your graveyard: Special Summon it. It cannot attack this turn, also its effects are negated. You can only use the effect of "Leviathan, Ruler of the Seas" once per turn. This is actually my first non-written card. Yay. Update: added lore. Flash Flyer - Sakura Posted June 15, 2014 Report Share Posted June 15, 2014 11/15 isn't really low [but it is somewhat average] I think I took points off since its control effect looked a bit OPed (since you gave itself immunity from battle destruction until the End Phase, but you did throw in a drawback to using it [opponent won't take damage]) I looked it over again; not as bad as I originally thought, so your new balance grade is 13.5 (which is pretty good); your overall grade will be edited as such.
