Blake
The (1) effect of “Constellar Tempest” can only be used once per Duel(1) During your End Phase: You can target 2 “Constellar” Xyz Monsters that have Xyz Material attached; Detach all Xyz Materials from those 2 Xyz Monsters, {and if you do?}, halve your opponent’s Life Points.(2): During your Standby Phase: You can target 1 “Constellar” Xyz Monster you control and 1 “Constellar” monster in your Graveyard; attach the second target to the first target as Xyz Material. You can only activate “Absorb Fusion” once per turn. You cannot Special Summon monsters during the turn you activate this card, except for “Gem-Knight” monsters.(1) Add 1 “Gem-Knight” card from your Deck to your hand, then, you can use the following effect.● Fusion Summon 1 “Gem-Knight” Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, banishing monsters from your hand or your side of the field as Fusion Materials. You can only activate “Saber Reflect” once per turn.(1) If you control an “X-Saber” monster, and you take damage (by battle or by card effect): Gain Life Points equal to the amount of damage you took, then inflict damage to your opponent equal to that same amount, then, you can add 1 “Saber” Spell/Trap Card or 1 “Gottoms” card from your Deck to your hand. OmegaWave
I don't know enough about Constellars to comment on the first one. Absorb Fusion looks really fun. Really really fun. "I'll just play any Fusion I want, k? K." As for Saber Reflect, MUCH better than the effect it had in the anime where it was just a super gimmicky Spell of Pain. I do hope these are the final designs.
Aerion Brightflame
The first one is... Not as bad as it could have been? I mean, if it'd made optional, it's cute for giving Plieades near infinite materials, which is a big deal. Probably not worth the space since it's so gimmicky. Absorb Fusion is absolutely insane. Like, beyond belief in theory. I will happily run three of that and Less Gem-Fusion now, since it's literally searching out your OTK pieces and then making that play for you. Not gonna make the deck competitive or anything, but it does make them suck less. Saber Reflect is better than it was... I'm still iffy on it though. Well aside from the fact you can ram to trigger it which is lovely with Darksoul (I think that's the one). I do think it has good potential. Slinky
IF this is true, Sabers and Gems got a huge buff, and Tempest is still meh. I don't know enough about Constellars to comment on the first one. Well, I do, its still meh. Its definitely better than the anime version, but it still won't see play. Although, its like a constant Overlay Regeneration. so you can activate that without having 2 Xyzs on the field.
Lonk
They all got respective buffs, but Tempest is still bad. Finally, I can play Rarity.Dek with Absorb Fusion. Wait, hold up, you mean that Fusion Summon is a +1 if I'm reading that correctly?! You can Summon Seraph and add Armadillo just by playing that card. Toffee.
Tempest is.... Well.... Something; We all saw this coming.Absorb is a RotA + Poly. Interesting.Saber Reflect is silly, but at least they buffed it from the anime.
evilfusion
Pretty sure Absorb Fusion has to actually use Fusion Materials. It looks like a search, followed by Polymerization effect.

~British Soul~
- Saber Reflect getting a buff is really not surprising tbh. - Absorb Fusion is interesting to say the least. It'll definitely make GKs somewhat better. - Tempest is... erm... still mediocre/bad even if it ended up better than its anime counterpart. If this is in the special anime pack, I really hope we get the special anime pack. If we do, I'd rather it be sooner rather than later tbh. Βyakuya
Tempest looks a bit of a gimmick to use. You would get usually a Pleiades or Ptolemys and another random Constellar Xyz, but practically halving LP for the price of ridding potential Xyz detachment might be pretty bad. I mean, most Constellars like Pleiades, Omega, and Praesepe are Quick effects, but I think only Ptolemys would cripple the most of if MST ever comes, and yet Ptolemys itself in Constellars is mediocre at most. Still, MST still kills it and having this just sounds like you're not putting much effort in your Constellar spam to actually use it to full extent. Absorb Fusion is pretty neat though. You can search any Gem card, and instantly Fusion a Gem Knight monster. So I can get a free potential Obsidian/Lazuli or any other Gem monster and get a free Gem Fusion, those the text seems wonky considering it doesn't have other descriptions about the Fusion summon conditions. Nevertheless, I'd add at least 2; It's not totally abusable but it adds speed to GKs much more as a starter to the real GK Fusion. Saber Reflect is odd though. You gotta control another face-up Saber when you take damage, which is quite weird. This card would kinda work sometimes; I mean, something like Emmersblade or Darksoul comes into mind when it comes to battling, but the card that truly works with this card and would make best consideration running with is: and it's pretty straightforward why. Free Gottoms E-Call and/or Faultroll is always good, but without Pashuul this card isn't that good anywhere else. In general, a lot of good buffs that we like so far. Not good enough to be abusable but more easier or having more outlets to play the decks through.

Lonk
Pretty sure Absorb Fusion has to actually use Fusion Materials. It looks like a search, followed by Polymerization effect. Wouldn't a text-modernized Instant Fusion have the same Summon scenario (Pay 1000 Life Points; Fusion Summon 1 Fusion Monster)? It doesn't say that it uses Fusion Materials like most other Fusion cards do (Fusion Summon 1 Fusion Monster using monsters from your hand or your side of the field). Yeah, we thought this was an implied thing but apparently people just didn't get that :v If it doesn't mention the key word use, then it's implied that it doesn't get rid of monsters. Lonk
it's also short hand and expecting people to use common sense Instant Fusion has similar wording and Polymerization's short hand text mentions the use of Fusion Materials. Blake
Instant Fusion has similar wording and Polymerization's short hand text mentions the use of Fusion Materials. Absorb Fusion doesn't give mention. ... Pretty sure you don't understand what shorthand means. It means written on the fly in jotting it down. It's not fleshed out. It is preliminary text derived from an unconfirmed leak. Also, your point about instant fusion is dead wrong. It says nothing of the sort. None of its 5 printings do. Please supply competent arguments or nothing at all.

Toffee.
Search Gottom's Call? That's sexy. It's funny how that search effect feels really tacked on, but at the same time, it's like an apology to everyone that it sucked in the anime.

evilfusion
Ironically, Saber Reflect here does nothing involving the word "reflect". You still take the damage, you just heal it back. Whereas the anime had it reflect the damage to the opponent instead.
Darj
Tempest: At least it won't destroy your Constellars when the card is destroyed, like the Anime version does. Absorb Fusion: It looks awesome. A searcher Spell at worst, and a +1 Fusion Summon at best by using Lazuli/Obsidian. But I guess the summoning restriction could get in the way sometimes. Saber Reflect: A searcher for Gottom's E-Call? yes, please. Plus ramming Darksouls and Emmersblades without punishing yourself is neat. The only problems I see is that it relies on X-Sabers to be alive, and if you don't have a Darksoul or Emmer on hand, you may not want to ram any other X-Saber to activate this card faster (during your turn). By the way, I find amusing how the unconfirmed version of the effect would work with non X-Saber "Saber" monsters (e.g. Sabersaurus, Saber Beetle), but that will most likely be changed.
