It's more generic than Exterio, in that it uses any 2 EARTH Synchro monsters, rather than Beast and Barkion specifically, and it's pretty good for what it does, but how many Decks will really be able to run it? Negating targeting effects is fine, but when it costs you a card and becomes a 1-for-1 it is not as appealing. Oh wait, it's not OPT. Miracle Synchro Fusion is decent in gustos because of ultimate axon kicker, unfortunately the extra deck is wind dominated because of pilica's restriction.
