Dracoswag Posted August 12, 2014 Report Share Posted August 12, 2014 It may just be me, but I could not take Forest Grump seriously enough to have it make me "cry" or get emotional for that matter (not that many movies can do that right now anyways having grown up from that.) I guess something that has come even close to making me be emotional was Toy Story 3 towards the end (spoilers). I grew up with Toy Story, and loved it as a child and would even argue I still love it to this day, and having seen that "scene" defitnilly got to me (Though I did not cry). There is just something about Pixar that really gets to me. I find their style and themes really appealing and overall amusing even if it was tailored to kids (though most would argue their are moments that appeal to adults too.) Flash Flyer - Sakura Posted August 13, 2014 Report Share Posted August 13, 2014 I haven't watched too many movies (well, outside of anime ones), so as a result, haven't really cried during them. Only one that really made me cry (feels) was that one about Selena (the Latin American one). [Had to watch it in language class so not my free choice; by the time it ended, I had to fight back emotions b/c of how sad it was]. Could be that it actually happened.
