Hot damn. so it can drop a 2100 wall out of nowhere by literally doing anything in the deck, makes Virgil if you get a good Dante mill among other methods, and sets up plays4days in general. This is pretty good.

There's too much combos and plusses going on for this it's unfunny.

 

Just a normal synchro summon of Virgil will kinda get you an actual +2, not counting his effect or how you set the field.

Note that this is not 100% confirmed yet, someone well-known in the community stated this was the effect but has not provided the picture they translated it from. Awaiting further information, but it's still worth discussing.

Summon Tour Guide, Special Summon Graf (+1)
Overlay for Dante (+0)
Detach Graff to mill 3 (+0 to +3, let's assume +0)
Graff special summons Cir or scarm or tuner depends on what you get from the mill (+1)
Special Summon the tuner from the hand (+1, not necessary if you get the tuner via graff due to cir/scarm being milled by dante)
Synch for Virgil (+0)
Draw 1 because of the tuner (+1)
Use Cir to bring back Graff or tutor Tour Guide on the end phase (+2, not necessarily placed here depends on whether you get cir/scarm from graff or from Dante's mill)

(If you get to summon the tuner via graff instead of via its own effect) SS tuner back into the field (+3)

 

So, +2 that ends up with Dante, Virgil, and another monster on the field as the minimum output from the two cards.
