-kyo-
If you control an "X-Saber" Synchro Monster: Target 2 "X-Saber" monsters in your Graveyard; Special Summon them, ignoring their Summoning conditions, but their ATK become 0, and they are destroyed during the End Phase. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this card. You can only activate 1 "Gottoms' Emergency Convocation" per turn please discuss
Spinny
So this is becoming an actual card? Flipping heck. They will still only ever get to tier 3 best but its still a stupid looking card. gottoms emergency call is still good tho 2 and i would probably run both tbh. Darj
Card is stronger and faster than E-Call, but just like its Trap counterpart, it has the downside of requiring an X-Saber on the field to be live, which means that if you don't control any the card becomes dead. Actually this card has it worse because it requires a X-Saber Synchro on the field. I suppose that if you are going to run this, it would be wise to run 1~2 Call of Haunteds as well, and of course Soul Charge, to bring a Synchro back. Toffee.
>No X-Saber Only restriction Oooh boy, this is going to be amazing. And now... We wait for someone to make a loop. (One that isn't the hand loop, of course)
~Faytl~
The fact that it stops you from attacking when it supports a deck that can wipe out a hand means that restriction doesn't even matter. And if they don't have any cards in hand (or are playing Shadolls (or for whatever reason, Dark Worlds)), just go into a crapton of Synchros or Xyz's to try and remove their threat cards. Daigusto Sphreez
Lots of restrictions but very useful once you get setup. It's a +1 if gottoms is out (and your opponent has a hand), plus faultroll shenanigans.
