Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can attack a number of times equal to the number of Beast-Type monsters you Summoned this turn, and monsters your opponent controls lose ATK equal to that number x500.

Obedience Schooled into This, Fawna, and then Uniflora for no real reason. Beasts x3

Play Arf Though for Kinka Byo

Synchro for Thunder Unicorn. Beasts x4

Normal Kinka, and revive Flora. Beasts x6

Flora swaps itself for Fawna. Beasts x7

Fawn discards whatever to revive Flora. Beasts x8

Flora swaps itself for This. Beasts x9

Fawna and Unicorn become Voltic Bicorn. Beasts x10

 

This has 8000 ATK and can attack 10 times.

Totally necessary.  What if your opponent boosts to like...25000 life points?

How many situations can you name in which this sort of thing happens?

Probably not many (there will be some LP boosting, but probably not to that extreme; except for C101 or something, but that's irrelevant here.)

 

In essence, this card's effect is somewhat similar to that of Chimeratech, except that its max attacks, plus its ATK reset at the End Phase rather than remain fixed. That being said, Armz did point out a potential way to turn this into an OTK enabler of sorts.

 

Outside of it, either you figure out a way to summon multiple Beasts in a turn; otherwise this card really doesn't do much. Though, Level 2 Beasts have gotten a fair amount of support lately, so you should be able to summon enough times per turn to keep this card a relevant threat.

 

As a whole, I see it as more of an OTK enabler; get enough ATK/attacks to remove your opponent's monsters, then attack them directly with everything else (or this, if it gets to that point).

 

Now I can't help but picture God Zebra crushing all the Cybers under its mighty hooves.
