From the Graveyard? I assume it's from the Graveyard since that means you'd need to have Summoned it successfully; otherwise this generates a number of ridiculous combos. Notably the Horakhty. Slinky
Vennominaga is unaffected by S/T, just saying... This wouldn't matter. It places a condition on the monster, so it won't be treated as an effect. Similar to E-Tele.

~British Soul~
isnt Horahkty level 12? Yes it is, but that doesn't mean you can't manipulate levels in hand with other cards. EDIT: Ninja'd

Dementuo
Bolt from Out of the Blue can summon Stardust Assault. If you tribute Stardust Assault, then it can bring itself back, free from the condition to return it.

Dementuo
I don't think that'd work because it wasn't summoned properly. Stardust Assault lists its own effect as a proper summoning condition. The reason it doesn't work with Stardust and Starlight Road is because Stardust doesn't have that bit. Stardust Assault, however, lists that bringing himself back if he negates an effect counts as a method of properly summoning him, and as a result, he doesn't care about where he was before, since it's still a method of proper summoning. OG Stardust falls victim to a game mechanic, whereas Stardust Assault uses a game mechanic to its advantage.
Slinky
Nah, it works with Assault. Assault does say it can be special summoned with its own effect. so there is nothing stopping it from reviving here.

I was thinking it wasn't going to work because Stardust /Assault wasn't properly summoned first. OR BY ITS OWN EFFECT.....is written on the card I know "OR BY ITS OWN EFFECT" is written on the damn card. Jeez, I was only thinking initially it wasn't going to work because it was summoned by something other than AMA first.

Toffee.
Horakhty's price tag is about to skyrocket. Why? Over some shitty, luck-based, inconsistent combo?
Trebuchet MS
IT'S ME But, damn, Bolt from the Blue is a step I didn't expect Konami to take. I very clearly recall mentioning how the Nomi restrictions on most powerful monsters set the standards on how you're supposed to Summon then, but an uninhibited "ignoring the Summoning conditions" card just cheeses all that prerequisite effort. Yes, it comes bogged down with a bunch of effects that prevent you from pretty much doing any damage with it, but what's stopping you from using said monster as a stepping stone in a combo to cheat to something bigger? Dementuo
If Stardust Assault can negate something on the opponent's turn, actually, then you can still get it back.
