-Noel-
No new pic DARK/Dragon/Synchro/Effect/Lv.0/ATK 0/DEF 0 This card is always treated as a Lv. 12 monster. This card cannot be Synchro Summoned. You can only Special Summon this card by sending 1 Lv. 5 or above Tuner Monster and 1 non-Tuner monster you control with the same Lv. to the Graveyard. (1): Once per turn, when you set a Spell/Trap Card on your Field, you can Special Summon 1 "Power Tool" or Lv. 7/8 Dragon-Type Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck. (2): As long as you control another Synchro Monster other than this card, this card cannot be targeted for battle and card effects.
Maeriberii Haan
It's basically an Xyz, lel. You can basically use Quickdraw + Jet Synchron for this. Will need a dedicated deck because the extra deck dedication, but hey, free synchro every turn. Sad that it has no attack tho.
heraldry_lord
Normal Pendulums and Hieratics can potentially use this with Labradorite Dragon.

Northern Sage
The trigger is kind of weird. So, is this the easiest Level 12 monster to Summon?
The Warden
Hmm, neat. If I'm reading his (2) effect right, having two copies of him become a lock, cause, if I'm reading right, the "other than this card" clause means that specific cards, and not just Ultimaya Tzolk'in in general. Which would be neat since that's 2 Dragon Sycnchros per turn... which is kinda excessive in retrospect.

Yemachu
Why make it a Level 0 monster, when its effect always causes it to be Level 12? Might have something to do with cards like "Falling Current", but I don't know. In any case, summoning it does not seem really hard. As has been said, "Hieratic" decks can probably bring this card out with quite some ease. Managing to get 2 of them on the field, causes your opponent to not be able to target either of them; "Raigeki"/"Dark Hole" and alike can get rid of them though. Another thing when you have 2 of them, setting a single card lets you set up the requirements to summon a third ("Life Stream Dragon" + 1 Level 8 Synchro), though that seems rather pointless (as it has 0 ATK and DEF). Luckily/Unfortunatly this card just Special Summons the monsters, so no easy revival ("Stardus Dragon" becomes a 1-shot negation). Combine with the "Scrap-Iron" series to Special Summon Synchro Monsters during your opponent's turn.
~British Soul~
Why make it a Level 0 monster, when its effect always causes it to be Level 12? It was a level 0 Dark Synchro in the manga.

heraldry_lord
So the ultimate goal is to get 2 Ultimayas if you can manage it. Why make it a Level 0 monster, when its effect always causes it to be Level 12? Might have something to do with cards like "Falling Current", but I don't know. They've done something similar to this before with Number F0: Future Hope. If it has a weird Level or Rank (such as 0 or 13), it's likely from the anime or manga. Yemachu
It was a level 0 Dark Synchro in the manga. Okay, that explains the part why it is Level 0. Though it still makes me wonder why it is always treated as a Level 12; other cards have gained completly different effects when they transitioned ("Melodious"), so making its printed level 12 wouldn't be too weird (at least in my opinion). Wait, thus guy works with Dust Tornado and the two Scrap-Iron Traps... While I stated something about it, I am not entirely sure. But due to how it is currently worded, it seems like it. It cannot be Synchro Summoned, it has no official Synchro Materials, and its "Synchro Materials" are the same Level, with the Level of the Tuner being subtracted from the Level of the non-Tuner; hence, making it Level 0 is appropriate. It has to be treated as Level 12 though, since 0 isn't a proper Level in the game.

It'd make more sense flavour-wise being treated a level 12 monster rather than a level 1 monster if you think about it.

evilfusion
This thing is hilarious. I love everything about it, from being Level 0 (but treated as 12), to its effects being so bizarrely good. However, do note that the Synchros Summoned are not Synchro Summoned, so they can't be SSed afterwards. But they don't have their effects negated or anything like that. Huh, I hadn't even noticed Scrap-Iron is going to be wickedly funny with this.
