Normal Rare. Like all Normal Rares in TAEV though, there exists a fairly common misprint that is a Normal Rare with a Secret Rare stamped name.

The design to this card is fucking hilarious;
If Qliphs don't exist, it's mediocre because it can't honestly search anything gamebreaking.
If Qliphs do exist, which is the bad future Konami wanted, this card spontaneously became busted.

I'unno, Vanilla Pendulums are pretty hilarious in their own right.

Definitely. Vanilla pendulums is quite the fun deck to play. Not something amazing, but fun.

That definitely won't break this card ever, tho.

(also I prefer investing in BA tbh for now compared to Qlip)

The thing is that any rota that's generic like this is bad design and will eventually find something that breaks it

It's a miracle that Fossil Dig hasn't yet.

I never really came across any of the misprints, but I had a regular set of Summoner's Art that I sold off because I didn't have a need for them and I knew people that did want them.
