Normal Spell Card
(1) To activate this card, you must draw it for your normal draw in your Draw Phase while your opponent controls 3 or more monsters and you control no cards, reveal it, and keep it revealed until the start of Main Phase 1. At the start of your Main Phase 1 that same turn, you can: Add 1 card from your Deck to your hand.

Huh, I didn't even notice the super-subtle Exodia reference. Good catch.

 

Yeah, this card is like The Seventh One, but even more ridiculously conditional because you must have an empty Field and your opponent must have 3+ monsters. Adding anything to your Deck to your hand is very potent, but I rather run The Seventh One, because at least I'm more likely to play it.

Just looked up the Diamond Dude vs The Seventh One ruling and you can activate that card's effect off of DDude although in that case it counts for the one activation per duel clause. This card doesn't have that clause so you know what's about to go down. DDude turbo for tier 0.
