Toffee.
Pendulum EffectYou can only Special Summon "Qli" monsters. This effect cannot be negated. All monsters your opponent controls lose 300 ATK.Monster EffectYou can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. If this card is Normal Summoned without Tributing, or is Special Summoned, its Level becomes 4 and its original ATK becomes 1800. If this card is Normal Summoned/Set, it is unaffected by activated effects from any monster whose original Level/Rank is lower than this card's current Level. When this card is Tribute Summoned by Tributing a "Qli" monster(s): You can activate this effect; if your opponent has more monsters in their Graveyard than you do, you gain LP equal to the difference x 300, and if you do, inflict the same amount of damage to your opponent.Let me just say this up front... I love this name change. We've gone and swapped it's technological aspect, to that of a squid. It's a rather fabulous change for the sole purpose of making it so diverse among it's- *ahem*This topic is kinda' sorta' because of the Dian Ketto one, because... I like the idea behind this card. I mean, it's gimmicky, but it's not like it's a hard one to follow; The Deck itself will literally set up everything this card needs to do, and playing against something that isn't Qliphs will always let you mooch off something at some point. Hell, even if you only gain like maybe 900 from this, you've still caused an 1800 difference in Life Points(Assuming your winning/have more LP).I dunno', this card does stuff, and I've always liked it.Discuss. Maeriberii Haan
this card is crappy against the mirror but some OCG players played it at 1 due to the fact that it's str0nk against grave-based deck like Mythics and Chaos shaddolls. In TCG, people might tech this at 1 just to laugh at BA matchup. also it looks like a sperm.
newhat
Sperm are an efficient, streamlined design for aquatic movement. This is an inefficient, clunky design that can win you games indirectly and takes space from cards that win it directly. I'm still grumpy that people consider this to be on par with Disk or Stealth. Because gaining 3000 lp and inflicting 3000 is no slouch

Still is fun to play with.
~Faytl~
At worst, it gives you enough LP for an extra search. Whoopee.
Marco Polo
Omg it suddenly came to me That... Qliphorts have almost no cards in the graveyard since qlis are not being sent there :0 I was always bothered by how random the effect seemed but now I guess it falls together. On another note, I love the name change and i see where they are coming from, yet another reason to run the card.
