You can send 1 “Edge Imp” monster from your Deck to the Graveyard, except “Edge Imp Tomahawk”; this card’s name is treated as the same as that sent monster’s name until the end of the turn. 1800 ATK 800 def lvl 4 Discuss? (GigaDrillBreaker)
So.... it sets up sabers, while also acting as sabers for a fusion? That seems... really good.
Maeriberii Haan
being able to copy the edge imps are really neat, and dumping sabers is neat. Sad it doesn't trigger Chain outside of the first effect.
evilfusion
Ooh, buffed from the anime version. It still has the first effect, but it also is somewhat of a Prisma for Edge Imps, which is something they needed.

玄魔の王
This card just went from completely superfluous to the MVP of the Deck. He may not be a +1 on Summon like Owl or Dog, but he's literally whatever Edge Imp you need when you need it. And as I said before, he can even mill DT Modoki. Outdone by swamp king IMO so i dont think it will see play. But i could be wrong so idk...

Why would it be outdone by Swamp King if it fulfills a different role than it?
Spinny
Why would it be outdone by Swamp King if it fulfills a different role than it? How do they have different roles? This changes what it can be used for as swamp king can be..... Except Swamp king can also act as Polymerization and doesnt need to be on the field. The whole "It puts sabers in the grave" is a really weird POV in my opinion since i dont use its eff much because the deck usually has enough Edge imps to suffice to OTK, idk, but thats just my way of thinking :/
Maeriberii Haan
Oh, you mean -that- Swamp King. Thought you're referring to the covenant. First, this is easily recycleable with Sheep. Second, it has nice (1800) stat and level. Third, it mills Saber. Fourth, it's reviveable by Custom, if that means something. Fifth, it can deal extra damage if needed. Small, but it all add up. Blake
I'd still prefer something that bricks a little less hard tbh :/and swamp king isn't prone to bricking?Even the one is really just fodder for Vendor/extra Poly most days. This card offers you the ability to set up the grave for Frightfur Fusion/Sheep/etc. as well as dump Sabres for its own effect, making toy vendor much more consistent. I'm not sure it's better than TGU yet, but the fact that it helps find chain is a huge selling point. And, for example, if you open Dog + Tomahawk + anything that can fuse, you can:Dog, search SheepSheep to boardSheep bounce Dog, SS tomahawkSend Chain/Sabres/etc.Poly/equivalent into, say, FF-Sheep.Alternately, Owl + Sheep + Toma. Hell, even without poly, that puts /2/ cards on the board that need to be removed ASAP, lest they add advantage on. And you still have Dog in hand.It needs testing for sure, but this card is much less likely to brick than a card like Swamp King, even at one.
