(Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) (1) The Xyz Summon of this card cannot be negated. (2) Your opponent cannot activate cards or effects effects in response to the Xyz Summon of this card. (3) This card gains 1000 ATK and DEF for each Xyz Material attached to it. (4) Once per turn, during your opponent’s turn: you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; your opponent cannot activate cards or effects during this turn. This thread's title may contain a healthy dose of irony, but there's no denying this thing's second effect is hilariously over-the-top. It probably won't rise Utopia.deck to Meta levels, but it'll definitely make it much more of a royal pain in the ass to beat once you have this baby out. Utopia > Utopia Ray/Prime > Utopia Lighting > This that's a total of 5 Xyz Material giving it 5000 ATK and DEF in addition to the fact that you can shut down your opponents turn for 1000 of that ATK and DEF. It can either use 3 Numbers with the same Rank...so Rank 4 because what other Rank are you spamming? Or you can ditch a Rank-Up that isn't Quick Chaos or a RR RUM, and use any Utopia. That's...like Utopic Dragon. Except vaguely more conditional. The opponent can't negate the Summon or respond to it, but your cards can still activate, which is nice. And it has 1000 ATK per Overlay, which is ridiculous, considering how many forms Utopia can go through without any cost. Hexanort Posted May 17, 2015 Report Share Posted May 17, 2015 hmm....run in RR when RUM is easily searchable for an easy 4000 beater that lock your opponent in their turn it eat up extra deck slots though, if only its last effect can be used in your turn, it can be a good otk enabler edit: oh it can only work by discarding normal RUM....scracth RR then.....and with this card around the its less likely that we'll get generic normal RUM searcher any soon... The 6 regulars, Marine, and the Triple Contact Fusions. Also, Neos was always intended as a base form for other entities so it isn't as grating, especially when Yuma ignored other Numbers to spam Hope.
