Toffee.
Fire Hand: When this card in your possession is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle, or by card effect) and sent to your Graveyard: You can target 1 monster they control; destroy that target, then you can Special Summon 1 "Ice Hand" from your Deck. Ice Hand: When this card in your possession is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle, or by card effect) and sent to your Graveyard: You can target 1 Spell/Trap Card they control; destroy that target, then you can Special Summon 1 "Fire Hand" from your Deck. Fire Hand typically has issues, if only because monsters tend to not give a sheet about effect destruction/etc. Ice Hand, however, is more proiminent because Spell/Traps are more vulnerable and aren't easily replaced. And it's not like setting these off is all that hard, seeing as how you could always run them into things. Aside from that, these two tend to pop up randomly and it's mostly because they became rather obscure quite quickly. Regardless, they are stll Level 4s that float/take cards with them... Despite being a little on the slow side. Discuss.
ENMaker
I'd limit or ban the two of them just because I find them the most aggravating pair of cards in the game and you only ever see them in decks where you'd never expect them to be. (GigaDrillBreaker)
tbf, ice hand is often lacking a target, so its effect cannot always resolve. I'd limit or ban the two of them just because I find them the most aggravating pair of cards in the game and you only ever see them in decks where you'd never expect them to be.pfft. ok. Toffee.
You forgot Prominence-Prominence doesn't do anything for these two, and can't Summon itself off another copy.
(GigaDrillBreaker)
Prominence doesn't do anything for these twoEnabling rank four is certainly something, though generally suboptimal.

These two cards are, fittingly enough, essentially the Master Hand and Crazy Hand of YGO. Not a threat at all when alone. When paired together, sheet gets popped left and right. They are to stop decks that are harmful to the metagame. I have seen these in literally 1 deck (the one that was in euros) since the meta started to look how it does now. ihop
They're sided a lot in Nekroz as a Canceller out among other things, not to mention the "innovative hand seraph shaddoll anti meta mix". Very relevant atm.
(GigaDrillBreaker)
I am aware of them as a side tech, I mostly meant mainboard. My point isn't that they aren't relevant, more that they aren't a threat to anything.

sabenite
Technically, the lists also hate on things that are genuinely stupid s***; It's why Morph Jar/Final Countdown/etc, all got list attention... Except for Library.Morph Jar and Final Countdown got hit because they enabled consistent, cancerous wins in the competitive environment. Library has yet to show on a highly competitive level, the consistency required to hit it. When it actually crushes a major tournament, it'll get hit. CLG Klavier
I mean yeah, Empty Jar and Final Countdown were legitimately good decks in their time, meanwhile Exodia wasn't ever good, except that one point in time when One Day of Peace was @3.
