Shalltear Bloodfallen
I thought the u.s and Korea were pals? South Korea maybe, but I'm pretty sure North Korea has hated every single thing about the U.S for quite some time now. As for this, it's really nothing more then them trying to seem far more of a bigshot then they actually are.Even if one were to assume that North Korea has reached ICBM/nuke cabailities against the US, one needs to remember that the latter has enough of a weapon supply to wipe the former off the face of the earth if provoked and likely has more then adequite defences to stop whatever North Korea throws at it. All they want is some attention to inflate their pretended sense of superiority They're almost like a kid throwing a tantrum simply because the parents stopped paying attention to it, and knows they wont be punished. The only reason North Korea hasnt been wiped off the map is because the rest of a world dont consider them anywhere close to a threat

ihop
Oh, they do this every couple of years. It's just a bunch of mumbo-jumbo to try and impress their own people and make them think they're even capable of attacking a country bigger than Cambodia. Lonk
Again? Man, North Korea has more bark and less bite than a chihuahua. It's kind of embarrassing for them actually.
Agro
Ah yes, the annual threat, misfired rocket, and lack of care from the allied nations due to an advanced laser-guided missile defense system.
J-Max
So. Fat Boy is posturing yet again. Isn't there some way to get a Seal Team in there or something to obliterate him for good? The N Koreans deserve freedom.
Jord200
You know I have a military friend who says when someone constantly threatens to attack another country, its a sign of a little.....dong.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Again? Man, North Korea has more bark and less bite than a chihuahua. It's kind of embarrassing for them actually. Indeed, they make all the threats about trying to bomb the United States and stuff, but they never do it. (I remember him making a threat somewhere in 2013 or something; never happened) They don't like it when we have joint military drills with South Korea, but we do it for international security + cooperation reasons. But yeah, the US has its own arsenal of weapons to fire at North Korea if Kim tries to get funny. To be fair, ISIL is more of a threat right now than North Korea, and that says quite a bit. So. Fat Boy is posturing yet again. Isn't there some way to get a SEAL Team in there or something to obliterate him for good? The N Koreans deserve freedom. It would probably help if China was more proactive in keeping Jong-Un in check from the start. Yeah, North Korea's messed up as-is right now. If it gets to the point where he's a legitimate threat to world security (and ours), then it'll probably happen. But until then, probably not. Aerion Brightflame
I seem to remember the last time this happened, there was a report that said how the most advanced launchers the Korean's realistically had access to could only just reach Alaska. Alaska or Hawaii. Also I imagine if North Korea was actually going to do this it would've happened already. Like, probably at the start of the credit crunch to play off of the chaos. But yeah, it's just him trying to give the apperance of being pro-active because Lord knows his country needs it. They are in poverty, with little to no signs of improvement being made. I do believe there will be a people's revolt of some kind in Korea by the end of our lifetimes.
epicmemesbro
I wonder if Dennis Rodman will take part in this lol. Here's an interesting fact: North Korea has a 100% literacy rate.
Resident Fascist
So. Fat Boy is posturing yet again. Isn't there some way to get a Seal Team in there or something to obliterate him for good? The N Koreans deserve freedom. If it was that easy, the US would have done it by now. It's hard to really attack North Korea without getting it's ally China involved, which gets China's allies involved, which gets Russia involved, which tends to lead to apocalypse scenarios. North Korea's only real defence is that it is protected by China. I find the fact any country supports the actions of North Korea quite disgusting, but that's not what this topic is about. China or Russia would likely not allow this to happen, or if they did, refuse to support North Korea when the inevitable American Military makes a defence. Here's an interesting fact: North Korea has a 100% literacy rate. 100% literacy rate to write only the names of their leaders, sure. It's also supposedly North Korean law that you must have a picture of the leaders in your house, and in case of a fire, to sacrifice yourself before the pictures. Also a state-controlled radio in every house that can't be turned off, state controlled TV. That's not including things like three generations of punishment, execution for the most simple of "offences" and executions carried out by mortar. The fact North Korea starves it's people, imprisons them for next to no reason, and you can be born into a life in prison without even committing a crime is a crime in itself. Simping For Hina
can we keep them, please? they make such cute pets. like the fact that they put up no fight, and just want our attention. just it seems like that's the only time they're relevant. The Amazing Avian
To be honest, I feel like Kim is just a figurehead. His father's appointed cabinet is probably the only group with actual power in the country. I mean think about it, the leader dies, suddenly the cabinet has way more influence than before, why the hell would they give it up for some kid who has no idea how to run a country? Wizarus
I don't like the sound actually blowing them up though. The general population is absolutely suffering under the regime. Besides, the regime is unsustainable, it's bound to fall eventually.
