I don't think any other cards interact with the ATK score of the Pendulum Scales (could be wrong on that). But burning a player for them? Good god, that could be a massive amount of burn. Even simple combos like Stargazer and Timegazer would be 2400 damage, and some Scales have even more ATK. Its odd-eyes as well making sky arc able to search it.so... attack and cause bd + 4200 dmg. Sleepy Posted October 17, 2015 Report Share Posted October 17, 2015 hmm let's see, I think the biggest low scale it can have would be a regular Odd-Eyes at 2500 ATK.Then the high scale could realistically be Joker at 1800 ATK. Weird and inefficient combos can get this higher, but for now that's about 4300 as burn damage, plus whatever battle damage it already made.That's pretty deadly. If released IRL, it'll probably just target a single scale. Depending on the average of power they might not even let you choose which Scale and tell you "the lower/higher ATK/Scale or something like that. Not a fan of the OTK potential it has, especially if you have more than one copy there, and it'd give you up to 6 Level 7 Dragons in the deck (3 of each Odd-Eyes) so Odd-Eyes Rebellion wouldn't be too hard to set-up either, making that damage 4800. asterr259 Posted October 25, 2015 Report Share Posted October 25, 2015 Well I would make the burn eff optional. halve the damage it does and include something like "only this card can attack this turn" or "you can't normal summon this turn", something a long those lines. You're doing about 3000 eff dmg for 1 swing, atleast in a Magician/PM deck, but if I have 2 or 3 that's an unhealthy possible OTK. Depending on how good his pendulum effect is(which I hope is similar to Pendulum Dragon), these can just hide in your Extra Deck until the "turn of judgement".
