As for the effects . . . it's sounds overkill (i'm not sure), equipping all cards from your opponent's hand sounds evil, leaving your opponent empty handed + burn when this card is sent to the grave. So why don't you give it a limitation: "choose up to (2-3) random cards from your opponent's hand, equip it . . . . ." like that? And the materials, since you can use Astral Force, it's easy to bring this card out (and why letter "S"? any reason behind it?) Hope this helps~
Darj
I agree with the above: effect is insane. Removes the hand as long as you have enough clear Spell/Trap Zones, and banishes them eventually. The rest of this card's traits (high DEF, attacking directly, etc.) are basically icing on the cake. And while the Xyz material requirements should be difficult to set-up, there is Astral Force and, let's say, Rhapsody in Berserk, to shortcut into it. Granted, Astral Force isn't exactly practical to splash and play, since you need to spend Extra Deck space on the situational Astral Force targets, and you still need to arrange the combo of Rhapsody + this, but that doesn't stop anyone from trying and stealing games with the hand-removal effect. Personally, I would make this card less devastating but easier to Summon. Just as an idea, you could make it require 2 materials instead, but equip only 1 card from the opponent's hand with the detach effect. Then, adjusting its stats accordingly (less DEF, a more practical ATK value) wouldn't be bad.
The Nyx Avatar
This card's effect is similar to that Fire Princess monster that Sakura mentioned (placing cards/monsters your opponent controls as Xyz Materials and banishing them when the Xyz is removed); that can't be good. And is there any point in indestructibility in Defense Position when it already exceeds 3000 DEF?

I presume the final effect - the one that sends cards from your Deck to the Graveyard - sends from the top of your Deck? Because being able to pick and choose which 5 cards to mill is grounds for a silly setup combo. What happens if your opponent has more cards in their hand than there are available S/T slots? Either way, the very low potential stats on this card amounts to it getting chewed up and spat out almost instantly if you try to leave it in Attack Position. If you try to sit on it by parking it in Defense Position, you can't progress the game effectively since you can't keep other monsters on the field. Regardless, your opponent will be topdecking and will have one hell of a rough time trying to answer this card, along with having no way of getting those cards back. I feel this ability to instantly tilt the advantage heavily in your favour needs a higher cost or increased difficulty to accomplish.

Trebuchet MS
Ah, now I see. Xyz Material are merely attached, not equipped. Alright, we're going somewhere coherent. On average you'd expect this card to have 5 or so Xyz Materials after you use its effect for the first time, so it'd have an average of 1000-1500 ATK. Still pretty wimpy for the effort you put into this card, so you're inclined to seat in Defense Position. While your opponent can get a free refuel as compensation, sometimes they could use said compensation immediately to deal with this card. Three-times limit is hardly relevant here considering that the opponent is likely to continue to expend as much of their hand as possible so that you cannot have more net gain in Xyz Material. Because the final effect bizarrely forces you to constantly pay a cost to refuel your opponent, you can stop them from gaining immediate advantage by using Macro Cosmos or the like. You then just develop the rest of your board state while your opponent can hardly do a thing because you can't refuel them. This is still... very divisive. I'm not certain anyone would want to play this card considering how little offensive pressure it provides with the effort put into it, and considering the fact that the opponent will get advantage off it. I would at least let this card have a higher ATK boost so there's merit in trying to use it as a beater, rather than simply having a quick way to put the opponent into topdecking mode. shadowsapex
Ok, this is getting ridiculous at this point. You're slapping restrictions all over it just to justify it killing the opponent's entire hand. With all the costs this comes with now, it's overly complicated and barely even worth playing. Why don't you just have it, like, not eat the opponent's entire hand? Just two cards or something, beef up the atk boost, take out the 'destroy all other monsters' part and the mill part, and allow the opponent to draw once if it activates its effect?
