This card cannot be destroyed by battle or by card effects. During either player's turn: You can send 1 "Forbidden" Quick-Play Spell which meets its activation requirements from your deck to the graveyard; this effect becomes that card's effect when that card is activated.

You can target 1 "Utopi" monster you control; Equip this card from your hand or field to that target. While this card is equipped to a monster with this effect, Cards you control cannot be Tributed and is cannot leaves the field by your opponent's card effect. At the start of Damage Step, if the equipped monster battles an opponent's monster: The opponent monster's ATK become 0, then the equipped monster gains ATK equal to that monster's original ATK.

If this is the only card in your hand, you can Special Summon it (from your hand). When this card is Summoned: You can draw 1 card for each card your opponent controls and in their hand. Cannot be special summoned. This card returns to the hand during the end phase of the turn it was normal or flip summoned. When this card is normal summoned, banish all cards your opponent controls and shuffle their hand into their deck, then special summon from your extra deck, monsters equal to the number of cards removed from the fuel by this effect. During the end phase this turn was activated, your opponent draws cards equal to the number of cards they in the turn's stand-by phase +2.
