Thomas★Zero
Target 1 Level 4 or Lower Monster you control, then, Special Summon 1 Monster from your Deck whose Type and Level are the same as the targeted monster. During the turn you activated this card you cannot Special Summon Monsters excepted Monsters with the same Type as the targeted Monster. You can only activate "Art of Body Duplication" once per turn. gmaster1991
Since there's no clause against getting another copy of the same monster, so many archetypes like Burning Abyss, Elemental HERO, and to a lesser extent, even Qliphort can use this to some degree. The 'same-Type Special Summon' clause keeps this from being too overpowered, but Elemental HERO Decks wouldn't be bothered by this. In fact, they could use this to search "Elemental HERO Shadow Mist", which itself can search "Mask Change", and allow an instant "Masked HERO Dark Law". I like this card, though I'm pretty sure this would at least be Semi-Limited.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
There's also 'tellars to an extent, however relevant they might still be at this time (given the RoTA hit and all).Summon whatever member you want, activate effect, then play this and activate summoned monster's effect. (Then, go into Ptolemaeus/Triverr/Delteros or some other R4 Warrior) Majespecters could probably use it as a side option to Brethren (though mostly for the 4s to spam their on-summon effects). ----While we're on that subject, this card is basically a less-restrictive (Attribute restriction is not present, as is the name restriction) and no cost (but smaller version) of Ties of the Brethren. So yeah, you should add a different name clause so you can't get another copy of the same monster, though most Decks that can make use of this don't care about it much otherwise. (Right now, it's basically HEROs, but other Decks can certainly find ways to get around that restriction for their own needs.)
