An alt-win card

When there are at least 7 cards in your Deck, pay LP until you have 1 left: Declare 1 card name; banish the top 6 cards of your Deck face-down, then excavate the 7th. If the name of the excavated card is the same as the one declared, you win the Duel. If not, banish the excavated card, and it becomes the End Phase.

Was looking at and thinking about Jackpot 7, 7, 7 Completed, Slot Machine, and the like, and wanted to do some kind of casino-based support for them that tied them all together. But I couldn't find art for it so I made this.

I don't think Deck stacking goes any deeper than the first 3 in Yugioh, so this card, like the Lottery Ticket somewhere else, is a bit of a crapshoot. But, hey, you win the Duel if you're meticulous with your card-counting and call the shot very well, and subsequent attempts make it slightly easier since you have a thinner Deck (but also more banished unknowns) to work with.

The LP payment is the same concept as The Winged Dragon of Ra's "LP to ATK thing", though for gameplay reasons IRL, amount is changed to 100.

(Amount is undetermined; then again, Backs to the Wall does the same thing if you remember that card.)

But otherwise, unless you know your Deck contents very well (or stacked it somehow), you're taking a very risky shot as you're out 7 cards and a good chunk of LP (although late game, the LP cost won't be as high).

But wouldn't your opponent just draw and end their turn knowing that you can't draw anymore cards and thus you'd be forced to forfeit the duel? Typically, it wouldn't matter if you had 3 Blue-Eyes White Dragons, Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon, and Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon out. You have an empty deck and your opponent will likely use that to win since they can't match you for power, speed or strategy.

I think you might've missed the "at least" in the card effect. You can have more than 7 cards in your Deck and activate this.
