Toffee.
http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Houkai_Super_Emperor_Indiora_Death_Bolt Houkai Super Emperor Indiora Death Bolt: Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by sending 3 "Houkai" monsters you control to the Graveyard, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. If Summoned this way, this card gains 2400 ATK. If this card is Special Summoned from the hand: Inflict 800 damage to your opponent. If this card in your possession is sent to your Graveyard by your opponent's card (by battle or card effect): You can target up to [...] "Houkai" monsters in your Graveyard; Special Summon them, then you can add 1 "Houkai" card from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.[/center] http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Houkai_Beast_Blade_Garudia Houkai Beast Blade Garudia: Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by sending [...] "Houkai" monsters you control to the Graveyard. If Summoned this way, this card gains [...] ATK. This card can make a second attack during each Battle Phase. When this card destroys a monster by battle: You can target up to [...] copies of "Houkai Spawn Vijam" in your Graveyard; send this card to the Graveyard, and if you do, Special Summon those targets, then you can add 1 "Houkai Super Emperor Indiora Death Bolt" from your Deck to your hand. http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Houkai_Spawn_Vijam Houkai Spawn Vijam: Cannot be destroyed by battle. At the end of the Damage Step, if this card battled an opponent's monster: You can place this card from the Monster Zone to your Spell & Trap Zone as a face-up Continuous Spell Card, and if you do, place 1 [...] Counter on that opponent's monster. Monsters with [...] Counters cannot attack, also their effects are negated. While this card is is treated as a Continuous Spell Card by this card's effect: You can Special Summon this card. Saw this on the Wiki- So these are slightly incomplete, so what. These are weird, but in an interesting way. Bolt becomes a 2400 beater that can revives things upon being destroyed and also searches an Archetye card. Gardua supposedly gains a lot of ATK and can Summon a bunch of Spawn and search Death Bolt. Spawn runs into monsters to keep them from attacking/negate there effects, and randomly becomes a Continuous Spell that can Summon itself from your Spell/Trap Zones. Anyway, I thought these were neat. Discuss.
IQuitDolphin
They look like a field-oriented version of Infernoid. Houkai Spawn is pretty good, since its non-targeting negation. Not sure on the rest, since they appear to be mediocre as of this moment.

Taylor Gorrell
*checks Wiki* *sees this sentence: "'Houkai Spawn Vijam' acts as the key card for the entire Deck and apparently can increase the Levels of the other "Houkai" monsters, who gain effects as they gain Levels."* *sees nothing related to Levels in these monsters* Everything I ever knew was a lie. Dokutah
unless somebody post it on different thread (which i happen to not see) here are full effect of Vijam and Indoria: https://ygorganization.com/ocg-movie-pack-cards-from-weekly-jump/ (edit: oops necro thread)
The Highlander
Death Bolt is just such a disappointment ... it should have really been able to do more than die and perhaps gaining a bit advantage (assuming you revive garuda ... and successfully use him to run over something ... also your opponent must not react ... wait what ?).Also it is disappointing how Vijam does not tie the deck together in any real way, nor does it do anything too spectacular, considering it requires battles, does not support its own deck and ... sigh ... the pack is filled with amazing cards and then suddenly the very cards I was hyped up about are in no way anyhow close to what one could have expected (let alone what I did want them to be). Snatch Steal
Looks like crap. "This card has a tough summoning condition, maybe it'll be easy to get it out." "The accompanying card has a tough summoning condition, maybe it'll be easy to get out." "The third card does basically nothing to speed up the deck." these genuinely don't deserve to exist for what they do.
