This is kinda different from a upstart since it adds a card not draws it and it has the hard OTP clause added to it. Flash Flyer - Sakura Posted April 22, 2016 Report Share Posted April 22, 2016 Either way, you're still getting a free card out of it (though you don't know what you'll draw from the Deck anyway with Upstart, unless you got a peek at what cards you're drawing in an earlier turn).
