Snatch Steal
Kazetokage✪✪✪✪WIND[Reptile / Effect]While you control a Tuner monster: you can Special Summon this card from your hand. This card cannot be used as an Xyz Material monster. A Synchro Monster that was Synchro Summoned using this card as a Synchro Material gains the following effect.• When it is Synchro Summoned: Draw 1 card.ATK 1400 / DEF 1200
ParadoxCaller
Without a once per turn clause on its SSing effect this card would be very abusable, plus giving you a draw when you Synchro with it (which you most likely are doing). This is pretty much a Kagetokage for Synchros with a free draw.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
As the above poster already mentioned, this needs a hard OPT on its summon condition; similar to that of BW - Kris the Crack of Dawn. Otherwise, you can hypothetically draw 2 cards off of a successful Synchro with multiple copies in hand. Put one on there, and you should be fine (though you can still NS another copy too, if you even want to go there).
Tinkerer
I know it's not a big thing, but why not have this card work "if this card is sent to the Graveyard for a Synchro Summon" or something? There's nothing wrong with giving the Synchro an effect, but it'd more in-line with other "on Synchro Summon" effects and doesn't leave you open to conventional effect negation if changed. Couldn't this be a way to nerf the "+2"? Synchro definitely needs more support anyway, and this requires that you control a tuner. This could be used in Quasar decks, which has been proven several times to be not particularly amazing as a card.Anything using this card must be able to make level 5 or higher synchros with it, which nothing in the meta particularly does. It's supposed to be good. That's just me, though.
ParadoxCaller
Synchro definitely needs more support anyway First of all, Synchros have a f*ckton of support! and this requires that you control a tuner Second of all, this means that you could SS two of these out of controlling 1 Tuner. Let me set up a scenario: Lets say you have a Level 1 Tuner out. This means you can SS two of these from your hand, setting up an insanely easy Trishula, AND giving you a +1 on both monsters you just SSed. Does this not seem broken to you? Anything using this card must be able to make level 5 or higher synchros with it, which nothing in the meta particularly does. Third of all, Hyper Librarian? Armades? Accel Synchron? These are very good Level 5 Synchros that this card gives you a way to easy access to. And btw, there are plenty of decent Synchro based archetypes that let you summon Level 5 Synchros with ease. BW, Yang Zing, Junks!
Snatch Steal
First of all, Synchros have a f*ckton of support! I meant good support. Name 5 cards that make Synchro busted. Not good, busted. Second of all, this means that you could SS two of these out of controlling 1 Tuner. Let me set up a scenario: Lets say you have a Level 1 Tuner out. This means you can SS two of these from your hand, setting up an insanely easy Trishula, AND giving you a +1 on both monsters you just SSed. Does this not seem broken to you? Nope, not really. Trishula isn't banned for a reason; other than being cool, it's only moderately helpful. Besides, that's still a 3-card combo which requires you to use mostly subpar cards. Maybe Speedroids, but the straight speedroids kind doesn't see ANY meta play, and it would require your normal summon or Unknown Synchron (a not particularly great card) to get out. Um, neither Yang Zing nor Junk see any meta play either. The Stardust Warrior starter deck isn't very good, Hyper Librarian means you have to make another Synchro in order to do anything, Armades isn't amazing on his own except against Exodia/Final Countdown?? and Accel Synchron is just garbage in general.Blackwing is kind of a grind deck in general, from what I've seen of it.If you were playing Yang Zing, you wouldn't even use these, since they're not floaters. Not to mention there's no draw if the summon is negated.
Toffee.
Honestly, if you are so concerned over trying to balance it, why not just make it's effect the same as Kagetokage? Mainly because- A) Kagetokage is a semi-Nomi B) Kagetokage saying "When... You can" means you can't stack it. C) You'd have to Normal Summon a Tuner, which is a bit of a weird drawback in and of itself(Srsly, ideally Tuners are Special'd) Plus, with it needing a more oddly specific kind of card, rather then just any Level 4 in general, it doesn't make it as splashable. Plus, it can't make King of the Feral, which is why Kagetokage has it's own significance on things.
