Child Kills Enclosure to Protect Gorilla Who Fell in Cincinnati Zoo

What do you think about it ? Did he do well ? Wasn't the enclosure just trying to stop the gorilla ? And why did the enclosure was there ?

I think the problem is now animals are afraid that they could be shot in Cincinnati's Zoo.... Plus the enclosure showed some aggressiveness and was at least 10x bigger and stronger than the gorilla !

the enclosure was already pulseless upon arrival of emergency

Gun control is also an issue there : how did the kid find his weapon ? But if he didn't, what would have happened ?

So, what's your opinion, if one, about it ??

the obvious solution to this is to arm everything with assault rifles

That could be a solution

But I've heard assault rifles aren't sufficient to kill larger enclosures such as elephant's ones...

To force people to wear tiny assault rifles could cause a real danger for our children in cases involving that sort of enclosures.

And Bazookas are too heavy for our poor kids ! I can't find a viable solution !

This is sickening and not at all funny. The situation is heartbreaking enough with y'all poking fun and Saterizing it
