YCSW-EN009
Number 93: Utopia Kaiser
Rank 12 / LIGHT / Warrior / 2500 ATK / 2000 DEF
2 or more “Number” Xyz Monsters with the same Rank, that have Xyz Material
Once per turn: You can Special Summon Rank 9 or lower “Number” monsters with 3000 or less ATK that have different Ranks from each other from your Extra Deck, up to the number of Xyz Materials with different names attached to this card, but their effects are negated, then detach 1 Xyz Material from this card. For the rest of this turn, unless this effect was negated, you cannot Special Summon, and any battle damage your opponent takes becomes halved. While you control another “Number” Xyz Monster, this card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects.

So, RIP Number Hunters, as this is the next YCS prize card.

I knew Lolnami would pull some bullshit to screw over the Number Hunters and make it impossible to collect them all unless you're willing to spend hundreds of $ on a competitive Deck.

If you run this in Zexal.dek, it can be decent. If you can spam Utopias, you can summon this, and spam more Utopias. While you have another Number out, it has some protection. ATK/DEF barely matters since it's going to be almost always a 5000+ since it will get ZW'd to hell and back. It's not great, but it's not really terrible either.

Laughing so damn hard.

It's like they took the JUMP direction and started just handing out sheet to us.

I like that the OCG JUMP still does cool cards, but it feels like the TCG quit a while ago. (at least, when I last looked at JUMP).

Where are the days of dope sheet like Hyper Librarian, Shock Master, Stratos...and so forth.

Oh well, the card's pretty cool. Terrible, but I love gimmicky and flashy finishes.

Honestly most of these promos aren't that great or are just meh. Giant Hand and Minerva made everything worth it but now its back at normal. This thing is only worth as a prize card like any other prize card and is something only true number hunters will go for...if they will even bother.

Are you kidding me? The frustration of No.106 didn't leave an impact on anyone?

Then again, I can't say that I particularly care THAT much, at least right now. It's a very cool card, and a Number, but unlike No.106 when that got released, it's not particularly GOOD.

Also, what the hell is with the delay in releasing No.94? That thing is so confused right now, that No.93 becoming a prize promo (and thus being unavailable for what...3-4 years or so?) isn't a priority to me.

Wow, another Number as a prize card (Riperino Number hunters), and ngl I don't care that this is the next prize card tbph.

Also, what the hell is with the delay in releasing No.94?

That's a good point. I have no idea why Konami are still delaying the release of the Shark/Rio stuff either.

I cannot stress what a boneheaded move this is.

Competitive players don't want it, collectors do but can't Afford it.

Maybe in a couple years Premium Gold will get it.

It is horrendous when a prize card is actually sought out by competitive players, because the price of playing the game goes up significantly due to the demand for a prize card.

The best choice for prize cards are cards with collective value.

Numbers.dek is meh anyways.

/thread

The issue isn't the deck it'd be used in; it's getting the card for Numbers collections.

You'd think this would be understood by now.

Yeah, that is a mystery.

Basically this, but honestly Prize Cards in general are just dumb and they should give out real prizes
