I Hate Snatch Steal
(This card is also WIND) If your opponent controls a monster and all the monsters you control (if any) are "HERO" monsters, you can special summon this card (from your hand). If this card is summoned: you can discard 1 "HERO" monster to target 1 spell/trap card on the field; destroy that target. This card's name becomes "Elemental HERO Sparkman" while its in the hand, on the field, or in the graveyard. I made this for a deck that didn't end up working out, but I thought I'd see what people thought of it anyway.
Sleepy
Hmm it's nice that it is a self-Special Summon and an S/T removal, and that Malicious and Necroshade can take advantage of this, plus the Sparkman treatment. It feels like a card from GX's anime to get out of a tough spot when against a lockdown or something along those lines. The idea is interesting but it feels a little too tight in terms of what it can do. I'd personally make the S/T removal effect an independent and quick once per turn effect.KamiKaze seems to be the end goal. [/freeStratos]
The Nyx Avatar
I like how it has a self-Summoning effect (as almost none of the Elemental Hero monsters do, but that's likely due to their Fusion Summoning theme). However, for the effect, I think you can cut straight to things with "While you control an "Elemental HERO" monster with a different name: You can Special Summon this card from your hand.". And it's cute that regardless of Summon, you are capable of destroying a Spell/Trap Card on the field. Normal Summon? Destroy. Flip Summon? Destroy. Special Summon? Destroy. And how it doubles as Sparkman is a cute touch, allowing you to access Fusion monsters that require Sparkman. It may not be much, but it's neat to have the option. Did you intend this to be a retrain of Sparkman?
I Hate Snatch Steal
Did you intend this to be a retrain of Sparkman? Sort of. I had a deck that needed a special summon from the hand and access to sparkman's name and didn't have enough space for them to be separate cards. I had the art around so I thought "Why not"?
