Emergency Teleport is an instant Formula Synchron/Rank 1

Kynka Byo is too, but without actually using Kynka itself.

Those translate into instant draws.

Plus the drawback of either of those ends up recycling a Trap for you. 

Plus Recurring Nightmare can retrieve it and Allure of Darkness can recycle a Trap for you.

 

Either of the uses for being a Tuner can also net you extra draws with a Hyper Librarian, which this card can also make with her Normal Summon effect and a Sacred Crane (dem draws).

 

I think this card is too pro-turbo.

The Trap recycling effect for one, is too good.

I recommend at least limiting it to something like Normal Traps which get banished when they leave the field if set that way AND maybe also have the opponent choose the card for you from your Graveyard. You can still mold it to your advantage but it'd be a bit more fair.

 

Being a Tuner that produces a token upon Summon, has so much recycle potential AND gives you back a Trap is already super solid. I don't think the Normal Summon effect is really needed at all since the card already kind of does too much on her own. If the decks that use her NEED that extra Summon from the hand, they should be fine looking to use a different card to do that. There's plenty of ways to Special Summon her anyways so not having a Normal Summon effect won't kill her usability at all.

i think being able to summon a token when special summoned and because its a Tuner. not saying it broken. one for one would defiantly be in the deck that this card would be played in. maybe the effect could only be used once per turn. just because of solemn stick is still and 3 and this card would be decent in a Traptrix deck with the trap revival. other then that i like the card.

Hmm~ interesting, would work well in Synchro decks that special summons a lot. And being a level 1 Tuner, it helps bring out Formula Synchron if you can special summon it and summon out the token. If I may ask: what was the Normal Summon effect?

You realize this thread was dead since September, right? I think it Special Summoned another monster to make Level 5 Synchros or something, but if it's not there, you don't really need to know what it was.
