cr47t
Like the idea, although hard to find a spot where it would eb used in modern competitive play. I'd reccomend changing it to "any Normal Spells you play can be played as Quick-Play Spells instead until the end of this turn" if that's what you mean. The Nyx Avatar
It has nice ATK and requires generic materials, which is nice. At first, I read it as "Normal Spell Cards your opponent activates are treated as Quick-Play Spell Cards". Though, reading more closely, it's better than that. The effect ranges from lackluster to powerful. However, it depends on what Normal Spell Cards you use. If you use a draw card (let's say Allure of Darkness for example), you can Set it to bait your opponent, then activate it. Or perhaps Raigeki to ruin your opponent's play (unless they Grave-trigger). Nice work!
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Not sure if Burgesstoma/Paleozoics can really make use of this (as I'm not really familiar with what they tech nowadays), but suppose it's cool for springing Raigeki or something on the opponent after they mass summon their resources. Either that, or use that new Foolish Burial spell to dump their stuff for set up purposes. Other than that, I don't know of other Rank 2 decks that are currently viable at this time, but this has some fun applications.
