Hey, at least it's better at walling than Wendingo.

To be fair, Wendigo's greatest value was in getting stuff like Dragunity Phalanx or Harpies to grave and then rank 6ing with them, floating Shaddoll Fusion when detached, which are all things this card doesn't help with. Getting WATERs from hand to grave pretty handy sometimes, I suppose.

This is one of those times where i think Konami wasn't thinking at all.

You can attack while in defense position, cool concept like SHS.

But instead of using the DEF value you use the ATK stat.... so you have a minor option of attacking but you have 1k attack so you won't be killing anything.

If they thought it'd be broken if it attacked from the DEF stat (which being a level 6 having 2900 attack would be a little odd) then they either could've buffed the ATK stat to like 2k and lowered the defense to 2k or if they wanted to keep the theme of it being a wall they could've just lowered the defense to like 2500 and just went from there.

Looks cool though.

*Gathers every Superheavy Samurai to laugh their robotic asses off*

Still. it's weird. This would have a been a decent card if they went the SHS route, but they went the Total Defense Shogun route instead. I suppose an Equip Spell could bump up the attack, but really, who uses those? There's also the Performapal Turn Toad route, switching the ATK and DEF until the end of the turn... but I doubt that meshes well with this deck.

This is just weird on Konami's part.
