(1) Once per turn, when a Spell/Trap Effect is activated: You can banish 1 “Lightsworn” monster from your hand or Graveyard, then target 1 face-up Spell/Trap Card; destroy it.
(2) Once per turn, if another “Lightsworn” monster you control activates its effect: Send the top 3 card of your Deck to the Graveyard.

I like the witch hat she acquired after turning into the dark side xD

That aside, it looks fine. Only targeting face-up Spell/Traps should be good enough, and requiring the activation of a Spell/Trap is a bit cumbersome but at least it can trigger from your own Spell/Traps. Still, kinda expected for this card to banish the target.

Actually that requirement is the reason for her being solid (as it gets triggered by the opponent activating said cards and losing them right away).

Eh, more or less IMO, since the removal will only be effective on opponent's Continuous Spell/Traps, Fields and Scales, and it doesn't trigger on Spell/Trap Card activation, but on effects, so it allows the opponent activate most floodgates and scales without triggering Lyla.

Nvm then, if this is not a Titanic Galaxy case, this kills it.
