How could someone summonn 2 over 2100 ATK monster and 1 2500ATK in the very first turn. And the next thing i know in the next turn, his monster zone was full. When I thought "EAT THAT!" with a mirror force. Then the in next turn, Pendulum or whatever bs again and all those monsters were returned to the battlefield. what the heck has YGO become?

Ritual has Pre-prep, things that count as a full tribute, and ways to recycle tributed monsters. Pendulum still needs to use 2 cards of specific scales, and then their only reward for that is getting a few monsters on board. With 5 cards in your hand, maybe you can summon 2 or 3 monsters.

 

Wavering eyes is banned, Plushfire is banned, Damage Juggler is banned, Luster is at 1, etc.

 

The reason Pendulum was so broken was because you could summon not from your hand but from your face-up extra deck. The fact that your Pendulum monsters never went away unless they were banished allowed you to create resources and make plays that other decks can't.

 

And how nice that it has the "silly-ass" cherry on top. I guess I'm just stupid for pointing out the obvious.

 

Until Pendulum gets new support, there are honestly better Ritual-based decks. The fact that they get 1 monster from the extra deck is appalling, because 1 monster is never enough.

Besides, what will your opponent do against a field of 3-4 monsters? Probably Slumber it. Some Ritual Monsters have protection from their tributes or by themselves from Slumber, or they float. Pendulums don't float anymore, save maybe one of them.

Besides, is it really worth making Decode Talker with your 3 Pendulum Summoned monsters and then having very few cards in hand?

According to that logic you must truly hate the brokenness of that tier 0 defining Cyber Dragon (yes, the original one). That aside, Pendulum Summoning these was always a pathetic play and relying on such high-low up 'till mid atk monsters is just laughable. If you really consider Pendulum decks ridiculous, I dare you to look at casual up 'till meta non-pendulum decks, considering the can do a lot more. And you really cry because mirror force was not enough to game your opponent ? You are in the wrong age, most decks can just negate mirror force, straight up are unaffected by it or just rebuild anything right away, not losing all too much momentum.

Well the story behind Pendulum is that in the late Zexal era, we had triple Soul Charge. That card was too strong, so it got limited. But people were sad:

And high ATK XYZ monsters are easy to summon. LIke Raidraptor - Ultimate Falcon. Just keep using the card called "Rank-UP-Magic Astral Froce". The AI can summon it in 2-3 turns. Once it summons that monster, it's a game over. No card effect can be activated. monster cards, spell and trap, nothing work. The only thing you can kill it is to summon a monster with 3500+ ATK. I know there were some really ridiculous cards before, but once they are destroyed. it's pretty much it. Not like these new xyz or pendulum monsters, easy to summon like level 4 monsters but way higher ATK and can keep coming back after destroyed. No wonder this game is declining. You all know this game is ridiculous now. Players are pretty much forced to play with the new decks because the classic/GX/5D decks can never win against players with xyz/pendulum decks.

You've been able to summon 2-3 monsters a turn since 5D's mate. Swarming in Yugioh isn't new. Ultimate Falcon CAN be made in one turn, sure, lots of big things can be made easily. But it's not like it stops you from using cards, literally any deck that can summon 2 level 4 monsters can kill it with Utopia the Lightning.​ People have been forced to play new decks to be competitive for literally the entire lifespan of the game basically, sorry but that's not new. And Xyz monsters don't come back when they die, no clue where you got that from. Pendulums do, but they're getting heavily nerfed soon with Links, and they're super vulnerable to losing a scale. Like, run MST and suddenly their dudes are stuck in the extra deck being useless. "You all know this game is ridiculous" yeah of course it is, Yugioh has ALWAYS been ludicrously fast. Well, at least since like the middle of GX. That's why it's a fun game. Aaaaaaaalso, the best decks in the meta right now don't even use Pendulums at all. 

 

I don't mean to be rude or anything, but it seems like your entire knowledge of the game is very outdated. If you want to play older-style Yugioh, play casually with friends or whatever. Complaining about new things just because they changed the game doesn't achieve anything except making you look whiny.

That's nothing. We have new cards call "Graydle" monsters. Level 3 or 4, super easy to summon. No limit restriction. You can have 3 in the deck. You can kill the monster by attacking your opponent's stronger monster if you have enough LP to sacrifice. And when it dies, you can select and take control of your opponent's monster indefinitely. If your opponent removes the "Graydle" equipped card, your opponent doesn't get back his monster. It is destroyed. LOLOLOLOL!!!! I was like what the...
