My first thought when seeing the artwork was: "wait, is Psychic Tracker related to this/the T.G.s somehow? That looks like its wheel/yo-yo". It took me a few seconds afterward to realize that Star Guardian is modeled after Bruno/Vizor/Antinomy.

I like that Level 2 Tuner + Warwolf = Level 8 with this.

 

As for less general usage...

 

NS/SS Striker/Cyber Magician and Warwolf/Raptor

Make Needlefiber, get Cyber Magician or Striker

SS a Warwolf/Raptor from hand (not the first one)

Cyber/Striker + Needle = Trident

Trident SS screw, striker, and raptor/Warwolf

Screw SS Cyber Magician from grave

Field should be Raptor, Cyber, Warwolf, Screw, and Striker + trident

Screw + raptor = Hyper Librarian

Striker + wolf = Star guardian

Guardian add back raptor from grave, Librarian draw 1

Guardian SS raptor

Raptor + Cyber = Recipro Dragonfly

Dragonfly eff, unmake Star Guardian, Librarian draw 1

Remake Star Guardian or Wonder Magician, draw 1, possibly pop a ST

Make Halberd Cannon

 

Just needs Striker, Warwolf, Raptor, and one of the targets for Trident

The sad part is that, while this card is really good, the fact that you can get the same end result with Reborn Tengu/Fire Formation Tenki (6 copies in total) + Red Resonator/Resonator Call/Destrudo/Foolish Burial/Dragon Shrine/etc (6, 10, 13 or even more copies in total for the second slot).

T.G. really needs a new boss monster only they can access (e.g. a new T.G. Blade Blaster a.k.a. Accel Synchro monster), the fact that fielding 3 monsters (even with needlefiber), while still having to use at least 1 card from their hand for Trident is always a kind of all in play.

Or they need more Spells/Traps that help them fielding and building up the necessary resources, as well as the consistency to go for these plays.

This is in any case a good start to that.
