(2) The equipped monster gains 700 ATK.
(3) If this card is sent from the Spell & Trap Zone to the GY: You can equip this card to a Synchro Monster you control.

You can only use this card name’s (1) effect once per turn.
(1) You can activate 1 of these effects.
• Send 1 “Synchron” monster from your hand or face-up from your field to the GY; Special Summon 1 monster from your hand.
• Target 1 other card you control; destroy it, and if you do, Special Summon 1 “Synchron” monster with a different original name than that card from your hand or GY.

[The Highlander]

Sage de Fleur is amazing, a generic high level monster, that can be special summoned by triggering a monsters floating effect, on top of destroying 1 card the opponent controls.

Furthermore for Necro Fleur Sage de Fleur can be the trigger, on top of giving R8 access.

White Steed of the Floral Knights is a good second target for Noble Knight’s Shield-Bearer from the other booster, being able to extend plays (gives some R6 access with Centaur Mina if desired) and can go into Baroness de Fleur using Necro Synchro (although to be fair Horse of the Floral Knights + Necro Synchro can do the same, if one disregards the graveyard effect of White Steed of the Floral Knights for the tutored Necro Fleur).

Baroness de Fleur is a really good upgrade to Chevalier de Fleur, although one has to admit that the reliance on the "unsearchable" Necro Synchro is less than ideal, in fact it looks like a major issue (for the archetype, as a generic Level 10 Synchro it is quite good).

Fleuret de Fleur is decent, being searchable by Noble Knight’s Spearholder and thus easy to get a free copy on Baroness de Fleur or Chevalier de Fleur (if one uses Centaur Mina).

Synchro Dilemma is bad and should have been a way to actually get Necro Synchro.

 

Edit: According to the organization (https://ygorganization.com/theduelingroseofversailles/) Necro Synchro is not the right translation for its name and it is actually Necro Synchron, making it part of the Synchron archetype and thus heavily searchable (especially with 3 copies of Tuning).

Just want to clarify: is it Necro Synchro or Necro Synchron?

Between Fleur Synchron being LIGHT Machine, Necro Fleur being DARK Plant, and Necro Synchro[n] being DARK Machine, can we get a Level 1 LIGHT Plant named Fleur Fleur? 

I'm not sure if I'm a fan of these cards or not.  There's a disparate, convoluted playstyle for the entire deck that makes it difficult for me to see working well as a single unit.  However, I can see certain individual pieces working pretty well in other strategies.  Sage de Fleur is just a really solid generic monster, that Synchro is like a mini Dark Dragoons, and Synchro Dilemma is a cute Synchron Support card.
