Luxlord
The card is "Victory Dragon": This card cannot be special summoned. To tribute summon this card, you must tribute 3 dragon type monsters. If this card attacks your opponent directly and reduces their life points to zero, you win the match. ATK/2400 DEF/3000 (By "match" it means the best 2/3, a duel is one win out of 3) This card can be easily destroyed, and its a banned card, giving it no real point as a card... Anyone want to add anything else? (besides the fact that this is common knowledge unless you are someone who doesn't know what "Victory Dragon" is...) Luxlord
There are cards that are even worse. Fusionist for Example. true... alot of the older cards are the most un-useful ones in the game, but some such as "Mirror Force", and "Raigeki" are the most powerful cards in the game... I am pretty sure these situations would never happen. Kuriboh shouldn't be summoned. UOF is a horrible card and even beginners know this card is bad. Stop defense is also a terrible card. PUGM is one of the hardest to summon cards in the game. If someone actually played Magic Cylinder against the PUGM player than the burn player is doing it wrong. Kuriboh is good in a deck based around Invincil. Victory Dragon is banned because of the OCG rules.
Luxlord
I responded to another comment so sorry it looked like a double post I don't see how Victory Dragon is any good nor do I see why you are arguing with me about how other cards are worse... is Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth banned? is it only useful in tournaments when those kind of effects ACTUALLY mean something? As in my first post(it was edited), Victory Dragon is banned because of OCG scoop rules. In TCG you can scoop any time you want, however this is untrue in the OCG. In the OCG you cannot scoop to your opponent during their turn and only after the 10th turn of a duel.

HORUS
Wow. People still don't realize the difference between a duel and a match? Duel: one game. Match: three games. In the first game of the match, you attack directly with Victory Dragon for the win, you automatically win the match, advance to the next round.
