You see, i came 2nd in this contest a while ago, but still haven't gotten the one rep which was the prize for 2nd place. The hoster of the contest was ~Rebellious Rage~ so i would like someone to make him give me that rep. I have already tried Pm'ing him but he never replies or gives me the rep so would someone please tell him give it to me. It's just 1 rep but still, isn't it against the rules to not give the promised reps? And i don't think that it's a matter of time as it ended 4th November and it's now 8th November. Please help me!
