"Hey Sam you might wanna get out of my way." The Demon Lord said quietly as he noticed something running towards him. The biker digimon had an obvious grin and his gruff voice sounded like it was happy.

"Beelzemon? You look cool!" Sam exclaimed as he realised who the tall black digimon was.

"I know now duck." Sam did as he was told and dropped to the floor as Beelzemon swung around pointing his guns, "DOUBLE IMPACT!!" he shouted firing his shotguns as fast as he could.

((what are my digivolution options currently, funder, espacailly seeing that a full demon lord showed up? Mega or just an interesting slide to virus mode?))

 

Dan moved back with the shove. He slide a bit, leaving twin furrows in the snow. He frowned at Max. "I'm sure you'll tell me."

 

Garu desperatly dodged the sword. As bratty as she was, he did not want to be on the recieving end of one of her swing. he charged up a lungful of fire. "Fox Fire!" he spat at her.

 

Grey caught the staff with his organic hand. He gripped it so Skullsatamon couldn't get away easily and pointed the muzzled at him.

"I wonder if you could take one of my shots from this close." An onimous glow appeared deep in the gun. "Aniki and Garu need my help. I can't waste time with you."

The glow increased as he prepared to fire.

Yasyamon dropped Sammy metres behind him as he continued running up to stand beside the WereGarurumon. "Hello my Brother, " He said bowing slightly, "I think you may need some assistance." Sammy pulled out his digivice and pointed it, though he didn't quite know why.

"Ok Yasyamon I'm ready!"

Garu cocked his head. "Brother? I don't know who you are Yasyamon, but any help I can get against this crazy girl is welcome." He nodded in appreciation.

"As for you," he said to the human, "Try to stay out of the way. A tamer can somewhat handle a blow from a champion and mabye an Ultimate if they're lucky, but a Mega's a whole nother game."

[Proto]

Belphemon overheard the conversation between the two and toke a small grin. "Can't stand a Mega attack eh? Well lets see how these guy do agianst another attack from my chains! Lampharatus!" It then fired several more blasts, except these ones locked on to different targets. One headed towards Dan, another to Garu, and the rest headed towards Ashu from behind. The small digimon giggled a bit while reseting its alarm clock, "Not now" it grumbled as it tampered with the device while the seal appeared again.

Dan charged Digisoul into his hands and blasted it out towards the ground.

"Soul Flying!" he yelled. The atttack slammed into the spot he was in an instant before and formed a crater in the land. Dan hovered for an instant before the digisoul streams waved and he fell.

He grinned and rubbed his head. "It actually worked. Cool!"

 

Garu took a deep breath. "Fox Fire!" he roared, launching the counter attack. He dashed to the side as the energy blast burst throught the attack, as he expected. The counterattack gave Garu the time he needed to take Sammy out of the range though. He sighed. The day was quickly turning troublesome.

[Premier Alexander Romanov]

IC: Meanwhile, the Digi-Marines, with the assistance of Kumbhiramon and Antylamon, were headed straight for the Imperial bastion of Fort Freezeframe.

"OK. Here's the plan." Daniel/Justin, now in control of his/their Justimon self, began over an open channel to Tiamat, Kumbhiramon, Antylamon, several Tankdramon with Strikedramon, Knightmon, and human Marines attached onto them, a few dozen hovercraft, and several dozen Tankmon, all of them headed for the giant fortress.

"We're going to hit them fast, and hit them hard, before they can retaliate and counterattack our vulnerable lines."

"But one question." Tiamat wondered in a Cortana-esque voice.

"Yes?"

"What about that Leviamon over there?"

Daniel/Justin looked to the right to see a Leviamon and several energy beams around it.

"I think those forces are doing just fine without our help."

[Ace Daimon]

IC: Lilithmon watched the battle unfold from a nearby mountaintop, and then saw Leviamon and Belphemon enter the conflict.

She then noticed some of the several dozen airships engaging in the aerial dogfight above the ground battle pulled off to begin a bombing run against the two Demon Lords.

"Well, we can't have that, can we?"

"No, Mistress." one of the maybe-LadyDevimon present answered in a hypnotized monotone.

"Deploy the suicide ships." Lilithmon grinned at the thought of her new toys.

"Yes, Mistress."

Several small airships near Fort Freezeframe started to move towards both the broken segment of the Allied fleet and the main part of the dogfight.....

[Mr. Hyde]

Zach's digisoul grew brighter. "Let's show 'em Kimeramon!"

"Right!" Kimeramon said with a roar.

"Digivolve! NOW!" Kimeramon transformed. Data gathered out from around the air. Parts of a dead Machinedramon gathered above Kimeramon and fused into him. Cannons grew out of the Machinedramon's Aura. And Kimeramon's body became more attached then just patched together.

"Milleniumon! GRAHHH!!!" He evaded the blast with blinding speed. "It's said..I'm impossible to beat. hahaha! TIME UNLIMITED!" He creates another Dimension where Ashu is powerless. As for Kimeramon, he can still move. "Whaddya think."

Zach blushed at Seri. "Are you sure it wasn't my charm. Attractiveness."

Lance saw the powerful composite digimon dissapear out of nowhere. That was weird.

[Proto]

"Pfft, I suppose that we should combine our attacks..." muttered Belphemon as he flew with telekinetic power on top of the newly digivolved Milleniumon. "Now for, Enternal Nightmare!" Belphemon realesed a large shockwave of power onto Fort Freezeframe hoping to defeat the Digimarines. The Sloth Digimon then stared at the evolved Milleniumon in awe and said "Really, just wow."

[Hydra of Ages]

((*Headdesk* Coelamon is still a Coelamon, he hasn't digivolved yet. Trust me, if he became Leviamon, I'd let you know. Leviamon is roughly the width of one Eldoramon, and the length of about three each holding onto eachother's tails, at the very least. There's a reason the word 'Leviathan' can literally mean 'huge'- Leviamon is the largest digimon in existence, which is why he spends almost all his time underwater.))

Coelamon nodded when his opponent backed off, and relaxed slightly, his power aura quickly dissipating as his cheery, happy personality once again returned. He gave a little flick of his tail and once again dove into the water, a dark shape in the depths as he once again swam beneath the ice in a wide circle around both Zach and Seri's current mountain, his body barely visible except to one paying special attention to the thick sheet of ice.

Sorcermon quickly flanked BlackGrowlmon. "Don't count on it." he hissed, a hint of his bestial origins creeping into his voice. "Icicle Cannon!" he yelled, light gathering at the tip of his staff, quickly releasing a large, sharp projectile towards the side of the dark dragon-being.

 

Ceila blinked as the kick came crashing down, but quickly threw herself to the side, avoiding the attack while she lashed out with her right hook-kick from the ground towards his ankle, raising it up so he would not be able to land properly, and aimed her other left foot for a quick, firm, Digisoul-packed kick to his exposed side.

Seri paused and giggled a little. "Mhm, maybe a little." she said, running a hand through his hair and playing with it a little. She glanced over at Millenniummon and oohed and awed a little. She smirked. "Neat." she said simply, licking her lips. "I can feel the hum of his power from here. Since I was partnered with Coelamon, I've always had the Core of Envy -Leviamon's core- in me, so it's always been really hard to impress me." she said with a grin. "But this one... gosh... I'm not sure what to say. He's almost a match for Leviamon himself. I'm almost jealous of the power." she said, licking her lips again. She felt something on her skin, a prickling sensation she had felt before, and glanced for a second down at it.

 

It was a small patch of skin, a few inches down from her left breast but still above her stomach, where skin was slightly discolored. She remembered it clearly; when Ogudomon had abducted her from her old life, and impregnated her with the Symbol of Envy. He had inserted it into her body through that exact spot on her body. And though it did not happen often, whenever she felt particularly close to Leviamon's power, any particular battlelust, whenever she felt a charge of energy... the symbol of Envy would glow on her own body.

 

She giggled brightly, and continued to play with Zach's hair, still feeling the slight buzz of his Dark Digisoul. for one that was not a demon lord, it was inordinately big. So big, she wanted it for herself.

[Premier Alexander Romanov]

OOC: Oh. Sorry. Our collective bad.

IC (Daniel/Justin): "Status report!" The Lieutenant barked over the radio as he dug himself and Tiamat out of the ice underneath a flaming piece of wreckage.

"Kayla here. We have some minor casualties, and one KIA: Gamma, Garrett's partner, but we're good to go."

"Alice. We also have injuries, and Alpha is gone too, but we're A-OK for the mission."

Daniel/Justin, now in control of themselves, thought for a monent.

"Kayla, Bio-Merge with Beta. I'm going to need your help. Alice, take Garrett and any of the wounded and fall back to base. Anyone that can dig themselves out of the rubble can dig anyone else that isn't responding."

"Yes sir!" All of the Digi-Marines replied over the intercom.

"Boss" then switched to a personal channel with Tiamat.

"Tiamat, what the hell just happened?"

"The enemy just used kamikaze fuel tankers as Fuel-Air Explosives, taking a good chunk out of both fleets. 3rd Fleet had only one ship go down, since they were taking up the rear, but most of 5th Fleet received the brunt of the attack, and the Hugin, their capital ship, went down with all hands. The Mugin, it's sister ship in 4th Fleet, received a direct hit to their bridge and most of the bow. She's currently being considered as irrecoverable."

Fleet Admiral Craniamon...Fleet Admiral Dynasmon...along with Fleet Admiral Sleipmon, they were the only other Royal Knights who were willing to serve in the Air Navy. Daniel/Justin thought to himself.

"Overall, 3rd Fleet still has 5 intact squadrons of 5 ships each, including one squadron with only 4, leaving us with 24 ships, while 4th Fleet is missing an entire squadron and none of their remaining are complete. They have only 19 ships left. 5th Fleet lost 2 entire squdrons, and their down to only 7 ships. None of our transports were harmed in the attack."

"The enemy, on the other hand, had no warning of the attack, and, from what I can understand on their Battlenet, they didn't know that the tankers were suicidal. Apparently, it's standard procedure for ships in the rear to be refueled and rearmed in the middle of a fight. They're down to only 26 ships, and all of those are damaged to some degree or another."

"Then we still have a mission to complete." "Boss" Andrews replied, gunning Tiamat's engines.

OOC: Dynasmon and Craniamon have been reduce to Digi-Eggs, leaving them open for anyone to use.

[Ace Daimon]

IC: Lilithmon's mouth was open, surveying the devastation she had wrought.

She had just tallied how many ships the attack had destroyed, and realized that, while only one of the enemy's command ships remained, their fleet was now in tatters, reduced down to almost nothing of any significance.

"Sovereigns be damned!" She swore as she stampeded away from the battle.

"Where are we going, Mistress?" her servant asked.

"Home. I need a bubble bath." Lilithmon fumed as she opened a portal back to her chateau.

OOC: Looks like Lilithmon's bombs were a tactical bomb.

And they backfired too.

And does anyone mind if I control this guy for a bit?

IC (Colonel BlackMegaGargomon): The giant mechanical bunny-like Digimon stood in the middle of his castle, enraged at Belphemon's error.

"BELPHEMON!!!!!" he roared into the blue sky, stomping over his underlings as he opened what was left of the front gate.

"You!!! Fuzzy!!! Get over here now!!!" he commanded Belphemon.

[Proto]

"Uhhh yes sir" said Belphemon, not sure what had just happened, it was aimed at the DigiMarines. It flew towards the commander looking extremely timid and afraid of what might become of him. Hey I'm a Demon Lord right? I don't screw up, then why didn't my attack go through?

[Ace Daimon]

IC: BlackMegaGargomon glared at Belphemon.

"I don't care if your my superior officer or not, your little 'misfire' destroyed half of my base! Now the Digi-Marines and a good chunk of the enemy forces are headed straight for my base!"

"The very soldiers that defeated General ChaosGallantmon, Commanding Officer of the Baihumon Theater!"

"IN CRIMSON MODE!!!"

"So I want you, in return for blowing up my fort, to go and buy some time to allow me to prepare a little...'welcoming party' for the Digi-Marines."

BlackMegaGargomon saw that Belphemon was just standing there.

"NOW!!!!!!!"

[Proto]

Belphemon then said " Yes sir! I will go and slaughter them alll!" He then floated back to the battlefield, gasping for breath that nothing worse had happened. He then stood nearby the destroyed base checking for approaching Digimarines while firing beam after beam from his chains. "Gee, you think I'd have a little respect for having enough power to destroy half his base." He then saw some more approaching footsoldiers and fired another beam, panting as he had used a good deal of his power.

OOC: And so it begins...

Belphemon vs Daniel/Justin (Justimon), ARK Tiamat, and Kayla/Beta (Darkdramon)

IC: Daniel/Justin ordered the force to stop once Belphemon started blasting individual soldiers.

"Kayla, you ready?"

A Darkdramon that was more human-sized, yet still easily the size of Belphemon, slender, and had a few feminine characteristics landed next to the Justimon and his ARK.

"Ready as I'll ever be." Kayla's voice now had a mechanical tone to it, like a Transformer.

"Then let's get cracking!"

Kayla mentally groaned at yet another outdated phrase.

The Justimon and Darkdramon headed towards Belphemon.

"Attention Big...Ugly...Demon...Woman...Thing!" Lt. Andrews announced over Tiamat's speakers. "If you aren't a yellow-bellied pansy of a second-rate Demon Lord, you'll come down here and fight the two of us like men! Stop floating up there, picking off our Rookie troops like flies, and face a real challenge!"

[Blackstone Dresden]

Meteormon dashed out of the way of each attack "You do realize how fast my people are" He asked with a smile "And I'm the fastest of them all!" He did a forward roll and vanished, appearing behind BlackGrowlmon "Big Bang Blow!"

 

The large hulking behemoth that was Temblor leaped into the air like a lion pouncing on its prey "Giga Crack!" He shouted, slamming onto the ground with the full weight of his body, heavier than some tanks, and sending a fissure, splitting the ground in two right between Beelzemon's legs. Of course, because the ground was ice, that one fissure spawned a few thousand other sub-fissures, cracking half the area sealed off by the LadyDevimon

Max held up his hands and the Dark DigiSoul receded. He was holding Dan's Digivices "I'm a villain, I fight dirty" he then smiled and crumbled the Digivices like paper with a shout of "Shadow Claw", causing his hands to become spiked claws and digging them in. He then threw the Digivices at Dan's feet and smiled "Oops, did I do that?" he asked with a laugh "My bad"

 

SkullSatamon smiled and pulled his staff like a lever, ripping it out of RizeGreymon's hand and sending the hooked part aiming towards his gut "You need to be flexible" he said, swatting away Grey's gun so the shot went wide "Don't focus on attacks, focus on attacking and defending" he did a Darth Maul spin with his staff and aimed a high kick at Grey's head "Sometimes, kicks and punches connect more than actual attacks"

 

Ashu flew out of the way of Belphemon's Lampranthus attacks and shot several blasts of his Blaze Sonic Breath at the stray strands

"Dark Exhaust Flame!"

BlackGrowlmon unleashed a torrent of flames at the incoming icicle, causing most of it to melt. By the time the remains reached the dark dragon, he was able to shatter it with his claws.

"It'll take more than that to harm me, much less defeat me! Dark Slash!"

Swinging his arm down onto the ground, BlackGrowlmon dug his claws deep into the ground before slashing up, tossing a large amount of ice and snow at Sorcermon. He then rushed towards him from behind the cover of the rubble, aiming to attack him with his razor sharp claws. As he did, he notice Meteormon coming in for another attack. Not wanting to stop his attack on Sorcermon, BlackGrowlmon raised his tail up in an effort to swat the rock digimon away.

Vincent managed to block Ceila's first aerial attack, but was left at the mercy to her follow-up kick, which threw him into a rock off to the side. Gathering himself up, he brushed the snow off and adjusted his glasses before looking back up at Ceila.

"Ow, you know if you keep this up, I really might have to kill you, much as I'd dislike it, your constant kicking me is starting to hurt..."

Vincent suddenly bolted towards Ceila again, this time lowering his arm down as he got closer to her, gathering up some snow in his hand which he then threw directly at her face before continuing on to raise his leg to kick her in her stomach.

[Proto]

"Thats it human, bring out those fighters of yours, I can take 'em" said Belphemon in anger. A mere human was saying this to him? Belphemon then pulled out all of its wings and attempted to look as menacing as possible. At the very least if I lose I'll would have gave the General enough time to defeat these guys.

[Premier Alexander Romanov]

IC (Kayla/Beta): Kayla/Beta was suddenly beginning to have second thoughts.

"Sir, can we take this guy on? She's a DEMON LORD! I'm just a giant robot Freddy Krueger and you're a Power Ranger wannabe!"

"Of course we can!" Daniel thiumphantly gave a thumbs-up with his left hand. "We may not be as powerful as she is, but she's outnumbered 5-to-1!"

"Don't you mean '3-to-1'?"

[Ace Daimon]

OOC: Taking over for Kumbhiramon and Antylamon for a bit.

IC: Kumbhiramon and Antylamon rushed next to Daniel/Justin, Kayla/Beta, and Tiamat.

"Yeah! We can take 'er!" the hyperactive, high-pitched Kumbhiramon squealed in battle-lust.

"Settle down, my comrade." Antylamon replied in a calm, collected, regal tone. "You'll get your chance to fight."

[Blackstone Dresden]

Meteormon spun around in a circle "Rock Tornado!" He roared, spinning in a cyclone around BlackGrowlmon's tail, slamming into his back right between the shoulder blades, his fist still shimmering "Big Bang Blow!" he shouted again, appearing in front of BlackGrowlmon and delivering an uppercut

 

Jack flew next to them "6-to-1" He told the Marines, black DigiSoul engulfing his arms to the shoulder "I'll get the chains, you beat his ass to a pulp" He ordered, Huanglongmon rumbling something in the others' minds about listening or being swallowed like dust, "If push comes to shove, I can always bring in Ashu" he looked down at his blue dragon, who was fighting Kimeramon to a draw, causing minimal destruction. He could easily beat the composite Digimon, but was choosing to draw his fire so their allies couldn't get hurt

[Premier Alexander Romanov]

IC (Daniel/Justin): Daniel/Justin simply placed his left hand on Jack's chest, as if he were preventing him from joining the impending fight.

"No, you aren't. Not like that." the Lieutenant sternly ordered. "You literally reek of dark energies. Using that power in this fight will end in misery and sorrow."

Kayla/Beta shied away from Jack while Kumbhiramon and Antylamon took a few steps away from the dark-filled Tamer.

But Belphemon was approaching Jack faster than before.

"Your darkness is like a stench to us, but Belphemon seems to like your new cologne."

"Besides, this isn't your fight. Your fight is against that monster over there."

OOC: BTW, Dresden, in case you haven't noticed, Lt. Andrews doesn't really like Jack.

[Blackstone Dresden]

"Are you REALLY going to question the orders of a superior officer?" Jack asked "Because this is the Digital World, not Earth. Disobeying my orders here doesn't result in a court martial, it results in being eaten by a God the size of the greater Los Angeles area" He cracked his knuckles "Now, either stand down and focus on the Demon Lord, or Ashu and I WILL beat your combined ass to the ground." The intonation he used showed that there was no trace of hate or malice in his voice, but that he was simply sick and tired of the Marines going off and fighting in Huanglongmon's name and raising an army, despite the God's wishes. Oddly, Huanglongmon's sentiments mirrored his own. His words weren't a threat, but a promise.

 

Ashu was still preoccupied with Kimeramon, but he noticed Temblor was steadily luring Beelzemon closer to the behemoth ((pun intended)) and was poised to take them both on at once, a gutsy move considering he was fighting a losing battle, but neither one had a choice
