Zach blushed. "You're really sweet Seri. But yeah. When we met in the Crossroads, i could only get Gizamon to Champion level. After being beaten by that Ashu..again...i trained with him as hard as possible. Then he digivolved into Kimeramon...but we were again tied with that Ashu. I got angry...and i trained harder than ever. Gizamon followed my ever instruction. We realized that it took the Data of a Machinedramon for him to digivolve again. And we found out that the Data of Machinedramons long forgotten are swirling around in the air." Zach hugged Seri and put his hand on the back of her head. "Gizamon is the best digimon for me...so loyal..fun..it's been hard to see him get beat so many time. He just wants to win..and that's how he digivolves. His desire to beat has raged out of him..he's probably talking to Ashu right now."

Lance held out the weird cell-phone like thing in his palm that was on his side since he had been here. "What is this thing Aero?" Aero shrugged.

"I think it's a digivice. I'm not sure though."

"How do you use it." Aero then shrugged again.

Seri hugged back awkwardly, not entirely sure what to do, but going along with it anyway. She blinked as she felt a presence, and glanced down to see a tunnel appearing in the snow near them. A silver fishlike-creature wriggled out of the hole, smiling. "Nobody's trying to attack you anymore." he said happilly. "I think I scared them off."

Seri giggled a little bit. "I'm sure you did, Coelamon."

Gururumon leaped down at the snow and ran across it like a wild beast, easily at home amongst the snow, and making exceptionally good time as she ran. The human on her back, unfortunately, was not having such a good time. "Slow- down- y-you - mongrel!" he finally managed to eek out, holding onto the scruff of her neck for dear life. The wolf finally paused and glanced back at him. "Something wrong?" she asked gruffly.

"Wha? Something wrong! Of course there's something wrong, you twat!" he yelled, flicking her on the muzzle. She twitched but otherwise showed no response.

"You're trying to toss me off, why aren't you?"

"Of course I'm not."

"Yes you are! You're trying to be rid of me, right? Leave me in the snow to die in this harsh, unforgiving environment? Well dear madam, I will have none of it! I'm watching you." he said huskily into her ear. She showed brief confusion, but shrugged and continued to run, though a little slower now.

Vincent managed to ward off Ceila's first few kicks, but got knocked back by her final kick to his chest, sending him skiding across the ice and knocking the air out of him. Breathing in deeply a few times, Vincent managed to recover, adjusting his glasses again before looking at Ceila.

"Heh, these things are such a bother, always in need of adjusting...Tell me, why are you so angry? It's not like I really would have killed Meteormon, he just would have reverted to a Digiegg...but now, really...An Ancient Warrior, and an Ultimate Spellcaster...I wonder. If you claim to be this world's 'Good', then is it really right to be ganging up on my partner? 'Evil' or not? And as for your theory on breaking down evil and rebuilding it as good...well, couldn't the opposite be true as well?"

After saying his piece, Vincent charged at Ceila without warning, suddenly seeming to run directly past her before twisting around and raising his leg for a straight kick to the square of her back.

Ceila turned with vincent, blocking his kick with one of her own and skidding back a bit. She looked at him peacefully. "I never claimed to be the world's good. I simply wish to help others." she said, voice still quiet. "Your partner insisted upon attacking that Gotsumon. I would not attack someone if I did not know it would stop larger numbers of people from being hurt." she said with a nod, before crouching into a stance.

"Returning to a digiegg is the closest thing a digimon has to death. They lose their memories, their form, and their identity. I treat it the same." she said gently, before relaxing the tension in her muscles, glancing at her opponent while still in a combat stance.

 

Mistymon pointed his fire sword at the BlackWarGrowlmon. "Draw, knave." he growled. "Or does the presence of enemies whom you don't outclass cause you to draw back into a quivering pile of cowardice?"

"Insited upon attacking him? I'll have you know that we had just gotten here when that guy attacked us...granted we would have attacked someone eventually, but still he attacked us first this time."

Vincent adjusted his glasses again before entering into his own combat stance.

BlackWarGrowlmon stopped his advance on AncientVolcamon abrubtly when he heard Mistymon's goading.

"Did you call me a coward? And a 'knave'?"

BlackWarGrowlmon abruptly turned around and engaged his thrusters, blasting across this ice towards Mistymon at an incredibly fast pace.

"The only knave here is you! You dare to call yourself my better! I'll teach you your place 'knave'! Double Blades!"

The blades on BlackWarGrowlmon's arms began to glow with a dark light, elongating with energy blades as he practically flew across the ice towards Mistymon, aiming to impale the wizard upon the blades.

"But, since I'm still alive, I'm assuming you see the pointlessness in dimensional destruction" Ashu told Millenniumon "So, how about you, not your psychotic evil partner, but just you, turn to a double agent?" He asked "You're different than the others, you have honor, morals, you respect your opponents, you could be inducted as an honorary Royal Knight, or the next best thing since" he paused and emphasized the first word "they're all dead, thanks to your Demon Lord friends and Ogudomon" He snapped alert "Jack. Millenniumon, take me back NOW!" He shouted

 

AncientVolcamonslid back maybe maybe a dozen or so feet from the Atomic Blaster attack and caught the Radiation Blades with each hand, "That's it?" he asked, his voice menacing "That's all you got?!" The volcano on his back flared and sent him rocketing forward "You've got an Atomic Blaster? Try out my ATOMIC BOMBER!" He roared, rocketing towards the fallen Royal Knight

 

Jack sprinted backwards, a DigiSoul platform appearing under his feet with each step "I'll have your ass court marshaled for this" He assured Daniel "Don't worry Justin, you'll be fine though, Huanglongmon's already unlocked your true Megas, so you don't have this pathetic superhero wannabe to deal with" He made sure to keep a few inches out of reach of Justimon's Critical Arm

 

Minervamon smiled "Come on, you think a pathetic Champion can defeat me?" She asked, shrugging off Yasyamon's Double Strike, not even leaving a mark "I'm one of the Olympus Twelve..Six...Two..., the Goddess of Wisdom" She gestured to herself with her shield "I'm like...three quarters naked, and you still couldn't hurt me" Her helmet swiveled 360° "Hey! Seri's mine dammit!" she shouted at Zach "Don't make me eat you!"

 

Groundramon suddenly appeared five feet on Beelzemon's left "Megaton Hammer Crush!" He screamed, slamming his tail mace into the Demon Lord of Gluttony's chest "Sensei is about a couple dozen meters above our heads, taking on a true BioMerged Mega. Alone. What the {f-bomb} has Sam done lately?"

Dan stared at the crushed digivices in shock. His arms quivered and his face twisted with anger

"You did not just do that!" Dan yelled. His fingers twitched. his entire body started glowing with green digisoul. He clenched his fist. The green digisoul on his fist turned an almost black dark green. "You are going to regret that!"

He lunched at Max, his fist swinging. He missed and his fist crashed into the ground. The digisoul exploded outward, carving a shallow crater in the ground. Dan straightened. His face dark and his eyes feral. "Hold still so I can hit you."

 

Grey grabbed Skullsatamon's foot and tossed him with the shoulder throw Dan thought him. "Who ever said that I only focus on attack? Aniki already gave me that lesson."

Milleniumon jumped back at the sudden reaction. "Fine fine. But Zach's not psychotic. He just releases all his anger when he fights. By the way, im not a double agent. I'd never betray Zach like that. Never ever." Milleniumon's eyes teared up. "Heh..it's hard being a bad guy when you're not all that bad." He wove his hand in the air and opened up a door to the dimension they came from. "You can go...im gonna stay here a while.

 

Zach looked up at the skies at Minervamon and smirked. "I'm pretty sure she's mine snake lady."

As Loewemon entered the sphere he changed back into Ryozo "whats going on in here why did i change back". He looks around and see Rose and Coronamon "laying on what looks like the ground and run towards them. "rose what going no here what happened?"

 

rose looks at Ryozo "I don't know, First Manticoremon and Shinedramon were fighting and when their attacks hit it form this light and we got sucked into it". She gets up and looks around and see Manticoremon and Shinedramon in the middle of the light "their they are" she runs towards them

 

"wait who are Manticoremon and Shinedramon" he says while picking up Coronamon and putting him on his back. "were are your digimon Rose did something happen to them?" he starts walking towards the two digimon.

 

"Manticoremon and Shinedramon are the ultimate forms of Yamimon and Karimon" she reaches the digimon. "hey Manticoremon and Shinedramon can you hear me?" she jumps up on to Manticoremon "whats wrong can't you here me?"

 

Ryozo's digivice begins to glow "what going on here the seem like Loewemon is reacting to your digimon" the spirit form of Loewemon appears and walks towards Manticoremon and Shinedramon " Loewemon whats going on with you?" Loewemon, Manticoremon and Shinedramon all starts to glow a digigate opens under them and consumes them"

"Let it consume you" Max told Dan smiling wickedly, grinding Grey's digivice beneath his foot "Use your anger, your rage, your hatred" His smile grew "Use your raw negative emotions, bring out ShineGreymon Ruin Mode, bring out Callismon" His Dark DigiSoul flared with every word he spoke "Join Ogudomon's cause! Corrupt another Royal Knight, just like Gallantmon" He cracked his knuckles "Dark DigiSoul Charge!" He said, his radiant DigiSoul flowing into his Digivice "Overdrive!" He shouted, causing SkullSatamon to digivolve into a robed Digimon "Charge! Dark DigiSoul...Lord" The robes dissolved and the demon underneath's arms grew be longer than he is tall, his biceps, waist, and about three inches beneath his elbows becoming pure blue energy with spikes protruding from the other side, his arms and wings ending in giant claws. "Now you have to!" he said laughing manically

 

Daemon raked his claws along RizeGreymon's back "Too easy" he said, lashing out with his other hand to propel them away from each other. The Demon Lord of Wrath stalked back to RizeGreymon and prepared to show him the reason behind his reputation as the personification of wrath.

 

"Sorry, partner's fighting a Mega and I need to be there to make sure he doesn't get his ass handed to him in twenty separate installments" Ashu explained, flying up to Justimon and Jack and firing his Blaze Sonic Breath. He disarmed his Lance when he was in Millenniumon's world and was now waiting for it to rearm itself

 

Minervamon smiled "I'm the almost naked Goddess of Wisdom, you're a pathetic human that I could eat for breakfast alongside some Parrotmon eggs, and those are freaking huge" She smiled "I think she's mine, or your Millenniumon's dinner tonight"

Zach raised his eyebrow. "I don't think so Mrs. Bisexual Hot Digimon Lady. She needs a 'Human' to be with. And i think i've taken that roll." And then he crossed his arms and smirked. "Besides, Milleniumon couldn't be beaten that easily by you anyway."

 

Milleniumon flew out of his dimension and sealed it back up. "That's a rather cool thing i can do right there...Oh well..guess it's time to fight again." He flew down to Zach and laid down on his stomach. "Call me when you need me." He said with a yawn. "Making dimensions is hard."

Aero ran up to the Groundramon and hopped on it's back. "Hello. What's your name." Lance came running behind him towards Jack.

"Hey, you're a good guy to right?"

IC (Justin): "You can't court-martial me." Daniel replied as he swiped at the Tamer. "I was chosen by Huanglongmon, just like you, but for a different purpose. I have a similar, yet different purpose as you do. You're supposed to take out the leadership. We're supposed to take out ever other enemy in your way!"

Daneil finally pinned Jack on the icy ground.

"You may be my superior officer in this military, but in Huanglongmon's eyes, we're brothers in arms!"

"We're equal!"

IC (Freya): On the bridge of the Gungnir, things weren't looking so well. The entire fleet, now scattered to the four winds, was being picked off by the remnants of the enemy airships.

"Sir! You might want to take a look at this!" Lt. Asuramon beckoned over Valkyrimon and Freya.

They saw a holographic image of Jack and Daniel fighting.

"What the Devimon are they doing?" Valkyrimon wondered.

"I don't know, but they had better watch out! Belphemon's practically on top of them!" Kudamon warned.

BlackWarGrowlmon found himself blasted onto the ground by AncientVolcamon's lariat. Picking himself up he looked at the two Digimon that were attacking him, both of them now equal, maybe even stronger than himself.

No, I cannot think like that, they are below me forever below me...I'll...I'll...Destroy You!"

With a roar BlackWarGrowlmon tried again to charge at AncientVolcamon, the blades on his arms beginning to charge with energy.

"Radiation Blades!"

Charging closer to the Ancient Warrior or Earth, BlackWarGrowlmon brought his arms in close to his chest, engaging his thrusters and flying across the last of the distance to AncientVolcamon, planning on firing the energy blades at close range for maximum damage.

Dan was beyond words. His digisoul burned darker and darker. Soon his entire body blazed with dark green digisoul, spots of black swirling around him. He roared at the sky, a feral, beast-like roar, arms tense. Two beams of his new dark digisoul shot out to his digimon. Garu, who was panting out of site of the enemy got hit.

He roared as the dark power infused him. Hes muscles bulged and his fur darkened. Cruel claws grew on his left hand and a large three barrel gun appeared on his right.

"Callismon!" he roared. He aimed his gun randomly. "Rodeo Bullet!"

 

Grey's data was leaking through the large claw markes on his back. He struggled to lift his gun but couldn't. "Aniki! I need power!" Unfortunately, the power he recieved was corrupt. His flesh fell off his body and his gun shattered to reveal a skeletal hand.

"SkulGreymon!" he wheezed. He leaned forward. "Ground Zero Kai!" Two organic missiles shoot from his back. They exploded on the crowd of Ladydevimon and the Digimarine troops. But he wasn't finished. He was still receiving dark digisoul.

His skeletal limbs shrunk and became clade in black armour. Black flesh grew over his frame and dirty blond hair sprouted from his head. A grey-black helmet formed over his head and the empty sockets flashed and red eyes appeared. The new virus digimon stood.

"Such power," he rumbled, staring at his long black claws. "This power! I...Am....BlackWargreymon!"

Belphemon then caught its tail after being taken back by the appearance of Groundramon and sighed "You guys just never learn do you? You can't beat me in this form man, simple enough. Dark Gunfire" Belphemon then fired of several large blasts of shadow energy and had them all fire themselves into the air forming the symbol of Sloth. " I know you may have underestimated me before, but that gives you no reason to assume I don't get my job done." It then turned to the human, who were to its delight combating each other on who was the one who would be the hero in Huanglongmon's arms.

Mistymon smirked at the BlackWarGrowlmon's attempts to attack Volcanomon, and crossed his blades. "Steam Helix Prime!" he called, releasing his magic into both swords. The fire on his flame blade grew until it was a roaring dragon, soaring towards the enemy, while the ice blade created a flying hawk of pure frost. The two entertwined into a single helx attack, glowing bright white as it created massive amounts of steam, slamming into the side of the charing BlackWarGrowlmon with enough force to create a significant backdraft of air.

 

Ceila did not make the first move. "Why do you even fight for Ogudomon? What benefit is it to you?". She paused. "People only do things for two reasons- for themselves, or for others. I don't see how you supporting Ogudomon helps either."

Seri giggled and waggled her finger with slight irony. "Now now you two, no need to fight over me. Not while there are other people that need to be fought at hand, at least." she said with a smirk. The symbol of envy emblazoned on her skin finally stopped flashing and retracted back into a single small darker patch of skin, and she sighed a little. She could never relax if her own seal was glowing.

 

Coelamon blinked at Milleniumon, shrugged, and devolved back into Crabmon. He climbed up onto digimon's back and eventually found the mane around his head, twining his six legs to anchor him there and resting. The symbol of envy pulsed once.

Gururumon paused, sniffed the air, and took off in what direction. The human on her back blinked and fought to stay on. "W-what the hell's going on, you crazy wolf?" he yelled. She flicked an eye back at him, "I sense enemies." she said with a growl. The human nodded, and crouched down

in a riding jockey's stance, allowing him to maintain his balance on the moving mammal. He blinked when he noticed the two coming up on him- two dark, smaller figures. One seemed to resemble some sort of bear, the other one was a dark, armored being.

Minervamon smiled "Of course Miss Seri, but who, my darling, should I fight?" She asked, motioning to the bear Digimon carrying a little boy "He's one of us now"

 

"Seriously Veemon 2, don't you recognize me?" He asked, bounding out of the way of one of Beelzemon's attacks "It's me, Temblor, new and improved, deadlier and faster and stronger than before" He smiled despite himself "And, this is only my Ultimate form, wait until I reach Mega"

 

Ashu knocked Daniel/Justin off of Jack "Blaze Sonic Breath!" He shouted, a flaming shockwave shooting at the BioMerged team from point blank range. He then threw his golden bombs at the team and offered Jack a hand to help him up. As soon as Jack touched him, the dragon's hand destabilized momentarily and became a silver armored glove. Jack was Digivolving him by touch.

 

Jack panted from the cold "Double team?" He suggested to Ashu, pulling out his blue Digivice

 

AncientVolcamon was completely immobile until BlackWarGrowlmon was about to attack. He then opened his mouth and roared "Supernova!", a miniature Big Bang shooting out of his chest

Daemon smiled "Two Royal Knights" He said with a laugh "Ogudomon now has 7 Demon Lords, 2 Royal Knights, AND 2 Olympians" His laugh got even more twisted and insane "There's no WAY we can lose now!"

Yasyamon couldn't believe his eyes, his fighting partner was now willing to fight him and he was facing down the barrel of a gun enclosed hand and a snake bladed sword. "Garu try to fight the dark energy! Dont let it control you. Disnegage yourself from your partner! FIGHT IT!" Sammy didn't know what to do he couldn't control his digisoul like some of the others so he couldn't fight and by the looks of it Yasyamon was in serious trouble. As far as he could see the only reasonthey weren't dead yet was because of Yasyamon's superior speed.

"Yasyamon get out of there! You can't win this!"

 

Bellzemon felt the raw energy that was radiating from himself and flowing into his attacks. "Heart Break Shot!" Shouted firing his shotguns. "You now what the problem is with you? And its not just you its all of your soldiers. You're too cocky. You think that you can beat anyone and anything. I know better. I know that I can beat you and I could beat alot of the digimon here. But put me up against a royal knight and I can win, but if I were to fight a celestial digimon or even go as high as a sovereign and I wouldn't stand a chance. Just like you dont stand a chance with me." Sam had been listening to ths conversation while he had been charging his digisoul to give to Beelzemon and in case they we're atacked by anotehr human. "Oh and by the way Sam asked you a question, where is your human, Jack?"

IC (Kayla): "Cyber Lance!"

"GATLING BLAST!!!" "HYPER CANNON!!!" "GATLING MACHINE GUN!!!"

After a grueling duel with the giant black mecha, the myriad attacks ripped through BlackMegaGargomon like a knife through butter, causing the colossus to topple as his fractal code was absorbed by the Digi-Marines.

"All units, this is Twilighter." Kayla/Beta announced over the channels. "Fort Freezeframe has been secured."

~Inside the digigate~

"What is the?" Ryozo asked while being thrown around be the pure energy of the gate. "This is making me sick does anyone care to tell me what is going on?" Ryozo hit Coronamon knocking both of them to the ground.

 

"This is what we call a digigate boss it's like a shortcut to anywhere in the digital world" Coronamon gets up and looks around and then looks Rose "I wonder how it opened and where it is taking us to?" Coronamon looks around and sees Manticoremon, Shinedramon, and Loewemon in front of them.

 

Rose walks up to Manticoremon and Shinedramon "Come on you guys that's enough we will be ok" Manticoremon and Shinedramon Dedigivolve back into Yamimon and Karimon. "Well now what should be do about the, we need to try and find out where its taking us" she picks up Yamimon and Karimon

 

"we need to if what Coronamon said is true this thing could take us half way acroos the Digital world" Ryozo looks at Loewemon who is still in front of them " And Loewemon is acting strange, this is confusing me" Ryozo starts to fall but is caught be Loewemon " Loewemon whats going on here?" Loewemon puts Ryozo down and goes back into his digivice "well that was helpful" the digigate starts to collapse "whats going on?"

 

The digigate collapsed and then reopened in the ice sector they all feel through and hit the ground landing next to Blackwargreymon

Vincent looked across the battlefield as BlackWarGrowlmon was hit by two powerful attacks almost at once, sending him crashing into the ground, several streams of smoke emitting from his charred body.

"You want to know why I fight? I fight because it's fun. I fight because there's nothing better to do. And I fight...because I think it might actually do a bit of good."

Reaching up and adjusting his glasses, Vincent looked across the battlefield before returning his gaze to Ceila.

"Do you know the legend of Ogudomon? They say that he wil awaken, and atone for all this world's sins. I don't know if that is a good thing, or a bad thing, but I like it better than allowing a group of 'Knights' total dominion over this world. After all...even a knight can fall to sin."

With that last word Vincent raised his arm up into the air with his hand wide open, and was suddenly engulfed in his pitch black Digisoul, which grew to such an amount that it actually became impossible to see him within it. As the glowing black mass seemed to reach it's maximum size, it began to turn white, transforming into streams of data the shrunk down, forming a swirling mass of data around Vincent's hand.

"Let me show you."

Taking out his D-tector, he held the digivice up before slashing the mass of data across the scanner on the top, which started glowing a dark purple color as it absorbed the massive amount of data Vincent had created with his Digisoul. A symbol suddenly flashed on the screen which looked like a circle with an eye in the middle and 8 arrows pointing outward from the eye that went past the circle. All of it black.

"Now, your Digimon ends."

BlackWarGrowlmon meanwhile was attempting to pick himself up, finding it difficult after being hit by a pair of powerful attacks. His biological body was smoking and burnt, while his mechanical parts were smoking, sparking, and creaking. Picking himself up finally, he turned to face both his attackers at once.

"I...won't...accept it...I won't be...defeated..."

As he spoke his last word, BlackWarGrowlmon found himself engulfed in data, forming an egg-shape around him. A symbol flashed in front of the egg, the same one that had been on Vincent's digivice.

"Yes...this power," BlackWarGrowlmon's voice escaped from the data egg, "BlackWarGrowlmon, Chaos Digivolve to-!"

The shape of the egg then began to change, shrinking around where BlackWarGrowlmon had been, but not into the shape of a dragon. The data formed into the shape of what looked like a human, but as large as BlackWarGrowlmon had been, maybe slightly smaller. The data then began to simply flake off the new digimon, revealing a being that was encased in almost completely dark grey armor, which was only offset by dark blue-purplish armor on his shoulders, knees and around his feet as well as a dragon-shaped headpiece on his forehead. As the last of the data flecked off, it formed onto his back and solidified into a dark blue cape that flowed around his body.

"-ChaosGallantmon!"

The dark knight then moved slowly towards AncientVolcamon and Mistymon, holding his arms out as he did. His left arm began to change shape and formed into a giant silver shield, and his right into a long lance with a dark blue guard. His weapons now in tow, he continued to advance on his enemies.

"Come, 'knaves'."

IC (Daniel): "Marut Cyclone!"

Daniel charged at Belphemon, but then he stopped short and began circling the Digimon rapidly, slicing at the frozen ground and creating a tornado that surrounded Belphemon, imprisoning the creature in a whirlwind of snow and ice.

"Trinity Arm, Shift! Blitz Arm!"

Daniel's arm transformed into a armored gauntlet with a giant fist.

"Elekugel!"

A ball of electrical energy generated around the Blitz Arm's fist, which then discharged at the icy tornado, causing it to become electrically charged.

"Trinity Arm, Shift! Accel Arm!"

His arm turned into a claw-like arm that almost reached the ground.

"Mugen Cannon!"

The claw receded into the arm as it transformed into a cannon that fired a beam of blue energy, creating a massive shockwave that instantly froze everything near the cyclone, including Belphemon, now preserved in a block of ice.

Daniel's arm shifted back to normal as he approached Zack.

"There. Now you have your Demon Lord."

He then remounted Tiamat and revved up the D-Ark's engines.

"Now if you excuse me, I need to oversee the capture of Fort Freezeframe."

Zach smiled at both Seri and Milleniumon. "So what's up with that seal of yours?" He asked with a raised eyebrow.

 

Milleniumon sighed. It was a good sigh though. He liked having company. He shut his eyes and snorted. He then took his pinky finger and rubbed Crabmon on the head. "You're funny." He said with a sigh.

Aero scratched his head. "Oh yeah. Coolness. I wish i could digivolve." Lance took out his digivice.

"Wish granted." The digivice glowed and Lance released a Blue Digisoul. Veemon blinked.

"Cool!" Veemon started growing and where he had little blue mini horns, he grew spiked horns and a spiky nose. A giant "V" appeared on his chest. "AeroVeedramon!" He said with a roar. Jack smiled.

"Of course."

"All ships, fire!" Kudamon commanded.

The Allied airships fired upon the last of the resisting Imperial airships, turning them into slag.

"Good job, men!" Valkyrimon complimented.

The remaining Allied airships moved in to begin mopping up the ground portion of the operation.
