It's a Level 8 DARK monster, and the monsters can come back in Attack Position. I love how the card says "Special Summon 1 of those destroyed monsters". You can through it into anything simply because it's easy to suumon and separate from the main deck. Brain Crusher would need to be in the right deck to work.
