I made a deck around him a while ago and it actually worked pretty dam well. I almost always summoned him every duel with a good 2500-4000 attack points and i could always synchro summon atleast 1-2 times per turn. I found it amusing.

 

Discuss the uses of this card and what decks can put this card to it's max potentional.

I love using this with Junk Warrior.

Play Synchron, pull 3 quilbolts, use 1 for junk warrior.

Junk Warrior = 3900

Doesn't work. But Axe of Despair on said Junk Warrior will give you 4900 successfully, which should be sufficient if you're not trying to wall against F.G.D.

.....Anyway, Turret Warrior's artwork is epic.

Its a walking castle-esque golem with giant cannons mounted on its shoulders, and has giant fists to punch things with.

Its awesome.

Saikano - I just use Lightsworns as my draw engine and do lots of synchro summoning. I don't really need to run Turret Warrior, i just want to for the hell of it.

You'd be better off replacing DNA Surgery with Solidarity and just maining a bunch of Warrior beatsticks. Or, better still, Skill Drain + Barbaros and friends + Axe of Despair.

- The Already mentioned 200 extra ATK

- Not being able to be negated by Dark Bribe/Magic Jammer/Magic Drain/etc..

- Not losing the ATK to S/T destruction like Heavy Storm/MST

Isn't this card mostly used just for the quick LV5 monster to Synchro Summon. It is just a bonus that sometimes you can use it to change a warrior into a beatstick with 1200 Extra ATK.

Agreed as I use it in my Hero deck and it can become a great beat stick and become god like with some warrior monsters like Shining flare wingman where (Shining's 2500 + (5 E-Hero in grave = 1500) = 4000) + Turret warriors 1200 = 5200 ATK

If you're using this to Synchro Summon' date=' then your Synchro Summon is giving you a -2, which means that if you're mainly planning on using it this way (rather than doing so in a duel because it makes tactical sense) then you're doing something horribly wrong. Not to mention that Instant Fusion, Vice Dragon, and a slew of others put a Level 5 on the field without a Tribute.
