You remove the Scraps in the Graveyard, not stuff on the field >_> Eh, it's alright. Would rather keep the Graveyard TBH. Might tech 1/2... doubt it. Relying on the opponent to do something is bad 99% of the time. then again, the only scrap cards that I know are the dragon synchros and the archfiend guy so I might be missing something. Considering that when destroyed, Scrap Dragon can Summon the materials to make Scrap Dragon and 90% of a Scrap Deck is Summoning and using Scrap Dragon? A decent chance. Make scrap dragon, it gets roaded *insert reviving cards* make dragon again, it gets dusted, *insert reviving cards* Make dragon again, destroy another card thus now you have 3 dragons.
