Imagine a world where almost all cards were either at 0 or 3...

But having a bunch of cards at 1 kinda defeats the purpose of a 3-0 list. I would rather there be more balanced mass S/T destruction so I could put all the S/T stall at 3, or decide that stall as a strategy is bad for the game and ban it all.

And Launcher is now banned, so there goes Infernities.

Re:Herk - Without Gyzarus, there isn't really a consistent way for GladBeasts to even get to Herk.

So "having three monsters on the field" is inconsistent now?

EDIT: I didn't notice Gyzarus was on the list. I suppose as long as one of them is banned, it works well enough. And actually I suppose I do understand how Gyzarus destroying 2 cards, then paying for its own summon is really a problem.

I've seen that thrown around a lot without any real convincing reasoning to accompany it. Why does Wulf need to be banned?

Simply put, it's an easy 2100 beatstick that costs you nothing to summon when it's milled. I'm sure the argument could become "but what about when you draw into it?" in which case you must remember that the point of a banlist is to decrease luck's involvement in a duel. If your opponent is getting lucky mills... there's a problem there.

A few things. Why does Honest need to be banned if I may ask? It is essentially an improved Shrink for LIGHT monsters.

The difference between Shrink and Honest is that Shrink needs field commitment in order to do it's thing. If your opponent hits with Shrink, you can respond with stuff like Magic Drain and the like. Secondly, the fact that halving may not be enough enough anyway, while Honest will almost always kill something also must be addressed.

That being said, I wonder why Kalut wasn't given list attention...

Pot of Greederosity. It's a weaker Pot of Greed. It lets you look at the top 3(?) cards of your deck and add one to your hand. Only trade off is you can't Special Summon, which isn't close to saving it.

Stardust out right stops most ways people deal with cards. At 2500 ATK he's also not an easy card to run over.

Blackwing Armor Master is basicly Marshmallon only it can beatstick which is stupid. Yes needing a Blackwing tuner hurts it some, but since Gale is so easy to add into decks since it's one of the best level 3 tuners he too can just be thrown into the extra deck.

XX-Saber Hyunlei is a weaker Featherduster, only is comes with 2300 ATK.

Rekindling only use is to OTK.

I'll add more as I think of it.

Makes sense. Never really looked at them that way.

No it shouldn't. Raging Mad Plants is awful.

How is a card that could easily give a net ATK increase of 4500 bad. Really having 5 plants in the grave and and 3 on the field shouldn't be a hard thing at all for them.

Why is Stratos banned? Why isn't he @1?

Read the Stratos thread. Basically it's a combination that he searches right away, is a good beatstick, and searches fro the largest archtype in the game.
